【摘要】：基于斯特林制冷機的低溫冰箱具有體積小、重量輕、便于攜帶運輸?shù)膬?yōu)點,同時可以實現(xiàn)+4~-80℃寬溫區(qū)冷凍冷藏功能。為了提高降溫速率,提升冰箱壽命,通過箱體絕熱設計、制冷機冷量傳輸設計及箱內溫度均勻性仿真分析等,設計并制作了一臺基于2臺氣體軸承斯特林制冷機對置式布置的低溫冰箱樣機,搭建測試系統(tǒng)對其性能進行了初步測試�；跉怏w軸承斯特林制冷機的低溫冰箱冷凍腔容積為27L,在不放置樣品的情況下,冷凍腔能夠在5h內降溫至-80℃。
