【摘要】：包裝的多用途為包裝低碳化的方法之一，它強(qiáng)調(diào)設(shè)計(jì)和選材盡量遵循包裝設(shè)計(jì)的“3R、1D”和“產(chǎn)品全過(guò)程管理”的原則,重點(diǎn)突出回收再生再利用的主旨及適度包裝的目標(biāo)。 通過(guò)在低碳理念下對(duì)“湖南五溪米業(yè)”旗下的硒米進(jìn)行包裝再設(shè)計(jì)，從選材料、包裝方式、色彩等方面，突出該產(chǎn)品健康、無(wú)污染的特性。同時(shí)在產(chǎn)品食用完后,包裝還可再利用盛裝其它物品或具有其他適用價(jià)值,以提高包裝設(shè)計(jì)的使用價(jià)值,延緩包裝轉(zhuǎn)化為廢棄垃圾的周期,減輕了垃圾污染環(huán)境的壓力。具體的設(shè)計(jì)思路與手段是，在考慮包裝外觀裝潢設(shè)計(jì)的時(shí)候盡量采用使包裝顏色簡(jiǎn)單、清晰的方案，這樣可以減少印刷時(shí)所出的菲林，減少成本也減少油墨的使用。簡(jiǎn)約的色調(diào)也更加突出環(huán)保綠色的主題；在結(jié)構(gòu)上，減少膠粘的部分，盡量選擇一紙成型、可縫合的結(jié)構(gòu)或可重復(fù)使用的開(kāi)口。這類結(jié)構(gòu)，不僅僅滿足包裝制作的環(huán)保性，而且增加了包裝再次利用的機(jī)率，同時(shí)在拆卸的過(guò)程中給消費(fèi)者和使用者帶來(lái)方便和樂(lè)趣。以上包裝設(shè)計(jì)具備方便拆卸、折疊、收納、易塑形和便于二次利用等特點(diǎn)，，可在同類產(chǎn)品包裝設(shè)計(jì)中適度進(jìn)行推廣。
[Abstract]:The multipurpose packaging is one of the methods of low carbonization. It emphasizes that the design and selection of materials should follow the principles of "3RX 1D" and "whole process management" of packaging design as far as possible, with emphasis on the gist of recycling and reuse and the goal of appropriate packaging. Based on the low carbon concept, the selenium rice of "Hunan Wuxi Rice Industry" is redesigned to highlight the healthy and pollution-free characteristics of the product from the aspects of material selection, packaging method, color and so on. At the same time, after the product is finished, the packaging can also use other articles or have other applicable value, in order to improve the use value of packaging design, delay the cycle of packaging to waste garbage, reduce the pressure of garbage pollution environment. The specific design idea and means are to adopt the scheme of making the package color simple and clear when considering the design of packaging exterior decoration, which can reduce the film produced in printing, reduce the cost and reduce the use of ink. Minimalist hue also highlights the green theme; in structure, reduce adhesive parts, try to choose a paper forming, sutured structure or reusable openings. This kind of structure not only satisfies the environmental protection of packaging manufacture, but also increases the probability of reusing packaging, and at the same time brings convenience and fun to consumers and users in the process of disassembly. The above packaging design has the characteristics of convenient disassembly, folding, storage, easy shaping and convenient secondary utilization, and can be appropriately popularized in the packaging design of similar products.
