【摘要】：高溫工業(yè)熱泵運(yùn)行時(shí)熱源溫度波動(dòng)較大,壓縮機(jī)外壓比變化導(dǎo)致內(nèi)外壓比不相等,壓縮機(jī)功耗上升,熱泵能效下降。本文提出了采用經(jīng)濟(jì)器補(bǔ)氣過(guò)程調(diào)節(jié)雙螺桿壓縮機(jī)內(nèi)壓力比的調(diào)節(jié)方式。通過(guò)向壓縮腔中補(bǔ)充制冷劑氣體,調(diào)節(jié)壓縮機(jī)運(yùn)行過(guò)程中的內(nèi)壓縮最終壓力,使其與排氣管道中壓力相同,消除欠壓縮過(guò)程,使壓縮機(jī)實(shí)際壓縮過(guò)程接近多變過(guò)程,降低運(yùn)行附加功耗,增大熱泵能效比。實(shí)驗(yàn)得到冷凝器90℃出水工況下不同補(bǔ)氣壓力時(shí)熱泵的性能參數(shù),結(jié)果表明:在最優(yōu)補(bǔ)氣壓力下,壓縮機(jī)絕熱效率與熱泵制熱能效比同時(shí)達(dá)到最大,可實(shí)現(xiàn)通過(guò)調(diào)節(jié)補(bǔ)氣壓力調(diào)節(jié)壓縮機(jī)內(nèi)壓力比的目的。
[Abstract]:The heat source temperature fluctuates greatly when the high temperature industrial heat pump is in operation. The variation of the compressor's external pressure ratio leads to the inequality of the internal and external pressure ratio, and the compressor power consumption increases. The energy efficiency of heat pump is reduced. This paper presents a way to adjust the pressure ratio of twin-screw compressor by using economizer to replenish the gas process and replenish the refrigerant gas to the compressing chamber. The final pressure of internal compression of compressor is adjusted to be the same as the pressure in exhaust pipe, the process of undercompression is eliminated, the actual compression process of compressor is close to the variable process, and the additional power consumption is reduced. The experimental results show that the performance parameters of the heat pump under different air supply pressure are obtained at 90 鈩，
