等離子旋轉(zhuǎn)電極霧化法制備高品質(zhì)Ti-6.5Al-1.4Si-2Zr-0.5Mo-2Sn合金粉末

【摘要】:旨在制備高品質(zhì)Ti-6.5Al-1.4Si-2Zr-0.5Mo-2Sn粉末,為后續(xù)粉末高溫鈦合金構(gòu)件的制備奠定基礎(chǔ)。首先采用真空自耗電弧熔煉(VAR)技術(shù)制備Ti-6.5Al-1.4Si-2Zr-0.5Mo-2Sn合金鑄錠,對鑄錠進(jìn)行化學(xué)成分檢測,并分析其合金元素?fù)p耗、成分均勻性以及顯微組織和物相組成。利用制得棒料,采用等離子旋轉(zhuǎn)電極霧化法(PREP),選取不同轉(zhuǎn)速制備得到鈦合金粉末,將粉末篩分成不同粒度范圍。研究了棒料轉(zhuǎn)速與粉末理化性能間的關(guān)系。采用X射線衍射分析儀(XRD)、掃描電鏡(SEM)、金相顯微鏡(OM)分別分析了粉末的物相組成、形貌和微觀組織。研究表明:通過獨特的壓制電極設(shè)計,可制得成分均勻、元素?fù)p耗小的鈦合金鑄錠,且各合金元素含量滿足國標(biāo)的要求。鑄錠微觀組織為層片狀結(jié)構(gòu),基體中存在少量大小不均的Ti5Si3硅化物相。PREP法制得的鈦合金粉末呈正態(tài)分布,且球形度好,無空心球和衛(wèi)星球。隨著轉(zhuǎn)速增加,小顆粒粉末占比增加,大顆粒粉末占比大幅度降低。粉末顆粒以胞狀組織為主,存在少量的枝晶。合金粉末主要由α′馬氏體相組成。相比合金鑄錠,粉末中各合金元素略有損耗,O元素質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù)小于0.1%,有利于制得高性能的粉末鈦合金。
[Abstract]:The aim of this paper is to prepare high quality Ti-6.5Al-1.4Si-2Zr-0.5Mo-2Sn powder. It lays a foundation for the preparation of powder superalloy components. Firstly, vacuum consumable arc melting (VARs) is used. The Ti-6.5Al-1.4Si-2Zr-0.5Mo-2Sn alloy ingot was prepared by the technology. The chemical composition of the ingot was tested, and the loss of alloy elements, composition uniformity, microstructure and phase composition of the ingot were analyzed. The bar was prepared by plasma rotating electrode atomization method (PREP). The titanium alloy powder was prepared at different rotational speeds, and the powder sieve was divided into different particle size ranges. The relationship between the rotation speed of the bar and the physical and chemical properties of the powder was studied. The X-ray diffraction analyzer (XRD) was used. The phase composition, morphology and microstructure of the powder were analyzed by scanning electron microscope (SEM) and metallographic microscope (OM). Titanium alloy ingot with low loss of elements, and the elements content of each alloy meet the requirements of the national standard. The microstructure of the ingot is lamellar. There are a small amount of Ti5Si3 silicide phase. The titanium alloy powder prepared by prep method has normal distribution and good sphericity. There is no hollow sphere or satellite ball. With the increase of rotational speed. The fraction of small particle powder increased, and the proportion of large particle powder decreased significantly. The powder particles mainly consisted of cellular structure and a small amount of dendrite. The alloy powder was mainly composed of 偽 'martensite phase and compared with alloy ingot. The loss of O element in the powder is less than 0.1, which is beneficial to the preparation of the powder titanium alloy with high performance.
