【摘要】:互相關(guān)法在雷達、GPS等測距和定位領(lǐng)域的應(yīng)用十分廣泛,但傳統(tǒng)的互相關(guān)算法運算量較大,需要高成本的數(shù)字信號處理能力。本文采用一種新的互相關(guān)算法,將超聲波模擬信號經(jīng)過比較器轉(zhuǎn)換為單比特信號進行互相關(guān)運算,顯著減少了運算量,同時也降低了對硬件的要求。針對超聲波測距系統(tǒng),通過分析傳統(tǒng)互相關(guān)算法的運算過程,找出導(dǎo)致脈沖壓縮信號互相關(guān)運算量大的主要因素,有針對性地采取措施,即采用單比特信號處理方法來減小算法的運算量。該方法原理是將原脈沖信號通過比較器進行量化,從而得到單比特信號,單比特信號在互相關(guān)運算中卷積運算可由邏輯運算來代替,單比特信號使離散傅里葉變換DFT中的輸入信號與核函數(shù)的乘積相加運算變成只有加法運算,這可以使互相關(guān)運算量顯著降低。此外,信號在介質(zhì)傳播過程中混有噪聲而影響測量精度,互相關(guān)計算過程中必須進行去噪運算,這需要研究單比特濾波算法及其運算時間,本文針對高頻震蕩系統(tǒng)采用滑動平均濾波進行去噪處理,研究了單比特信號濾波算法的去噪效果及其運算時間。采用MATLAB針對單比特信號的互相關(guān)運算和多比特信號的互相關(guān)運算進行仿真實驗對比、針對滑動平均濾波單比特信號去噪算法進行仿真實驗。通過理論分析和仿真對比實驗,驗證單比特信號互相關(guān)算法的正確性和有效性,驗證滑動平均濾波單比特信號去噪算法的去噪效果和運算時間。
[Abstract]:The cross-correlation method is widely used in radar and GPS ranging and positioning fields, but the traditional cross-correlation algorithm has a large amount of computation. In this paper, a new cross-correlation algorithm is used to transform the ultrasonic analog signal into a single bit signal by a comparator for cross-correlation operation, which can significantly reduce the amount of computation. At the same time, it also reduces the requirement of hardware. According to the ultrasonic ranging system, by analyzing the operation process of the traditional cross-correlation algorithm, we find out the main factors that lead to the large cross-correlation operation of the pulse compression signal. Some measures are taken, that is, the single bit signal processing method is adopted to reduce the computational cost of the algorithm. The principle of this method is to quantize the original pulse signal through the comparator, and thus to obtain the single bit signal. The convolution operation of single bit signal in cross correlation operation can be replaced by logical operation. Single bit signal makes the product addition of input signal and kernel function in discrete Fourier transform (DFT) into only addition operation. In addition, the signal is mixed with noise in the process of medium propagation, which affects the measurement accuracy, and the de-noising operation must be carried out in the process of cross-correlation calculation. This need to study the single bit filter algorithm and its operation time, this paper used moving average filter for high-frequency oscillation system to remove noise. The de-noising effect of single-bit signal filtering algorithm and its operation time are studied. The cross-correlation operation of single-bit signal and the cross-correlation operation of multi-bit signal are simulated and compared with each other by MATLAB. Simulation experiments are carried out for moving average filter single bit signal denoising algorithm. The correctness and effectiveness of single bit signal cross-correlation algorithm are verified by theoretical analysis and simulation and comparison experiments. The denoising effect and operation time of moving average filter single bit signal de-noising algorithm are verified.
