【摘要】：正自2015年6月國務(wù)院打擊治理電信網(wǎng)絡(luò)新型違法犯罪工作部際聯(lián)席會議制度建立以來,公安機(jī)關(guān)、工信部門通過強(qiáng)化制度保障、開展專項(xiàng)防范打擊、加大執(zhí)法嚴(yán)懲力度等系列舉措,使得電信網(wǎng)絡(luò)新型違法治理工作取得了重大的階段性進(jìn)展。2017年1至6月,全國電信詐騙發(fā)案數(shù)與群眾財(cái)產(chǎn)損失數(shù)雙雙下降,同比分別下降12.3%和30.8%。但在人工智能應(yīng)用和"互聯(lián)網(wǎng)+"程度不斷加深的背景下,犯罪分子的"新型"
[Abstract]:Since the establishment of the inter-ministerial joint meeting system of the State Council to crack down on the new type of illegal and criminal work of the telecommunications network in June 2015, the public security organs and the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology have launched special prevention and crackdown by strengthening the system protection. A series of measures, such as increasing the intensity of law enforcement and severe punishment, have made great progress in the work of new types of illegal control of telecommunications networks. From January to June 2017, the number of telecom fraud cases and the number of property losses of the masses in the whole country decreased by 12.3 percent and 30.880 percent respectively from the same period last year.
