【摘要】：正急性心肌梗死引發(fā)的猝死在法醫(yī)學(xué)實踐中較為多見,法醫(yī)病理學(xué)對于猝死患者診斷需確認(rèn)急性心肌缺血是否存在。由于患者死亡發(fā)生迅速,由早期心肌缺血所致的病理形態(tài)學(xué)病變,經(jīng)常規(guī)HE染色難以發(fā)現(xiàn)特異性形態(tài)學(xué)改變。因此,常需借助組織學(xué)特殊染色來確定心肌是否缺血。本科室經(jīng)過摸索現(xiàn)推薦一種能顯示早期心肌缺血的特殊染色法,即鐵礬-蘇木精-伊紅(Heidenhain)染色,該法具有實用、穩(wěn)定、
[Abstract]:Sudden death caused by acute myocardial infarction is more common in forensic practice. Forensic pathology should confirm the existence of acute myocardial ischemia for the diagnosis of sudden death. Due to the rapid death of the patients, the pathomorphological changes caused by early myocardial ischemia were difficult to find by routine HE staining. Therefore, specific histological staining is often needed to determine whether the myocardium is ischemic or not. After groping, this department now recommends a special staining method that can show early myocardial ischemia, that is, diosalum, hematoxylin and eosin (Heidenhain) staining. The method is practical and stable.
