【摘要】： 縱觀當(dāng)今社會(huì),警察的職業(yè)道德建設(shè)無(wú)論是什么制度的國(guó)家,都非常地重視,并且盡量使之法制化。但是,目前我國(guó)人民警察在職業(yè)道德上卻明顯存在不少問(wèn)題。本文從人民警察職業(yè)道德是人民警察從事公安工作的指南和執(zhí)法準(zhǔn)則出發(fā),分析了警察職業(yè)道德的內(nèi)涵和特征,闡述了在構(gòu)建社會(huì)主義和諧社會(huì)時(shí)期加強(qiáng)警察職業(yè)道德建設(shè)的價(jià)值,探尋研究了當(dāng)前警察職業(yè)道德缺失背后各種層次的原因,極力尋找改變警察職業(yè)道德缺失的有效方法和途徑,在此基礎(chǔ)上形成人民警察職業(yè)道德建設(shè)的一系列有效機(jī)制,奠定了人民警察職業(yè)道德教育的理論基礎(chǔ),豐富和發(fā)展社會(huì)主義道德建設(shè)理論。 文章分為五章： 第一章為緒論,主要介紹警察職業(yè)道德建設(shè)的研究現(xiàn)狀以及選題緣由和依據(jù)、研究目的和意義、研究?jī)?nèi)容和方法、論文新意預(yù)測(cè)。 第二章主要介紹了警察職業(yè)道德的內(nèi)涵和特征,從職業(yè)的含義、道德的含義出發(fā)去闡述警察職業(yè)道德的含義,并在此基礎(chǔ)上闡述了警察職業(yè)道德的含義和特征。 第三章論述了構(gòu)建和諧社會(huì)時(shí)期加強(qiáng)警察職業(yè)道德的價(jià)值。 第四章主要論述當(dāng)前警察職業(yè)道德存在的問(wèn)題,并對(duì)存在的問(wèn)題進(jìn)行了原因分析。 第五章主要從四個(gè)方面闡述了加強(qiáng)警察職業(yè)道德建設(shè)的途徑。
[Abstract]:Throughout the present society, the construction of police professional ethics, no matter what system countries, attach great importance to, and try to legalize it. However, at present, there are many problems in the professional ethics of Chinese people's police. Starting from the fact that the people's police professional ethics is the guide of the people's police in the public security work and the law enforcement criterion, this paper analyzes the connotation and characteristics of the police professional ethics. This paper expounds the value of strengthening the construction of police professional ethics in the period of building a harmonious socialist society, and probes into the reasons for the various levels behind the current lack of police professional ethics. On the basis of finding effective ways and means to change the lack of police professional ethics, a series of effective mechanisms for the construction of people's police professional ethics have been formed, which have laid the theoretical foundation for the moral education of the people's police. Enrich and develop the theory of socialist moral construction. The article is divided into five chapters: The first chapter is the introduction, mainly introduces the present situation of the police professional ethics construction, the reason and the basis of the topic, the research purpose and significance, the research content and the method, the paper new idea forecast. The second chapter mainly introduces the connotation and characteristics of police professional ethics, from the meaning of profession, moral meaning to explain the meaning of police professional ethics, and on the basis of this elaborated the meaning and characteristics of police professional ethics. The third chapter discusses the value of strengthening police professional ethics in the period of building a harmonious society. The fourth chapter mainly discusses the problems existing in the police professional ethics, and analyzes the causes of the problems. The fifth chapter mainly expounds the ways to strengthen the construction of police professional ethics from four aspects.
