【摘要】：目的研究亞健康狀態(tài)人群癥狀和中醫(yī)證型分布的一般規(guī)律。方法納入1 754例非疾病人群,利用《健康狀態(tài)評估問卷(H20)》和《中醫(yī)四診信息采集表》對其亞健康癥狀和中醫(yī)證型分布規(guī)律進(jìn)行研究。結(jié)果 1 754例非疾病人群中亞健康所占比例為57.5%(1 008例),以眼睛、睡眠、頭頸、咽喉、消化等方面的問題為主要不適癥狀。亞健康證型以氣虛型、痰濕型、肝郁型居多。女性亞健康發(fā)生率(63.0%,536/851)高于男性(52.3%,472/903,P0.01)。女性血虛型、肝郁型、陰虛型所占比例高于男性(P0.05),痰濕型所占比例低于男性(P0.05)。30~50歲的年齡段亞健康發(fā)生率較高,并隨年齡的增大腎虛型所占比例呈增高趨勢。結(jié)論亞健康癥狀表現(xiàn)以眼睛、睡眠、頭頸、咽喉、消化等方面問題為常見狀態(tài),中醫(yī)證型以氣虛型、肝郁型、痰濕型多見。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the general distribution of symptoms and TCM syndromes in sub-healthy population. Methods 1754 non-diseased people were included in this study. The sub-health symptoms and the distribution of TCM syndrome types were studied by using the Health status Assessment questionnaire (H20) and the four diagnosis Information Collection Table of traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM). Results the proportion of subhealth in 1754 cases of non-disease population was 57.5% (1 008 cases). The main uncomfortable symptoms were eye, sleep, head and neck, pharynx and larynx, digestion and so on. The type of sub-health syndrome is qi deficiency type, phlegm-dampness type and liver depression type. The incidence of subhealth in women (63.0%, 536 鹵851) was higher than that in men (52.3%, 472%, P 0.01). The proportion of female blood deficiency type, liver depression type and yin deficiency type was higher than that of male type (P 0.05), and the proportion of phlegm dampness type was lower than that of male type (P 0.05). The incidence of sub-health in 30 years old group was higher than that of male group, and the proportion of kidney deficiency type increased with the increase of age. Conclusion the common symptoms of subhealth are eye, sleep, head and neck, throat, digestion and so on. The syndrome types of TCM are qi deficiency type, liver depression type and phlegm-dampness type.
