基于骨質(zhì)疏松癥探討“腎主骨”的性別差異

【摘要】:基于骨質(zhì)疏松癥,從中醫(yī)理論角度深入探討"腎主骨"的性別差異。認為男女的不同生理特點、生長發(fā)育的不同步、生殖機能的不同以及男女"脾"與"肝"的不同病理特點導致"腎主骨"存在性別差異,也因此造成男女在骨質(zhì)疏松癥發(fā)病時間、發(fā)病率以及發(fā)病程度上存在明顯差異。
[Abstract]:Based on osteoporosis, the gender difference of kidney and bone was discussed from the point of view of traditional Chinese medicine theory. It is considered that the different physiological characteristics of men and women, the dissynchronization of growth and development, the difference of reproductive function and the different pathological characteristics of "spleen" and "liver" between men and women lead to gender differences in "kidney main bone", which leads to significant differences in the onset time, incidence and degree of osteoporosis between men and women.
