【摘要】：正患者,女,53歲,于2015年11月2日就診。主訴:口唇、雙側(cè)眼瞼及雙側(cè)肢體不自主運動5年余。病史:5年前因抑郁癥后出現(xiàn)口唇、雙側(cè)眼瞼及雙側(cè)肢體不自主運動,曾就診于北京中醫(yī)藥大學(xué)東直門醫(yī)院等多家醫(yī)院,查顱腦MRI(2012-3-19于北京東直門醫(yī)院)示:1.側(cè)腦室旁脫髓鞘,2.垂體形態(tài)飽滿。診斷為亨廷頓舞蹈病,口服氟哌啶醇片(一次2 mg,每日1次)、阿普
