王仲奇“時邪”類案賞析

【摘要】：王仲奇是近代新安醫(yī)家的杰出代表,后人將其臨床病案整理出版《王仲奇醫(yī)案》。王仲奇治學廣涉獵、兼取折中而自成一家。在時邪病證的治療中,識證準確,首辨邪氣之偏盛程度,再辨病變所屬部位;治療重視變證,做到未病先防。臨證善用宣劑,以上、中、下三焦病位之不同,分別采用輕宣、宣化、宣通等治法,用藥多芳香淡滲,使?jié)駸嵝皻鈴娜狗纸狻Ｎ恼陆Y合三焦辨證特點對王仲奇治療時邪的經驗進行總結,以供同行參考。
[Abstract]:Wang Zhongqi is an outstanding representative of modern Xin'an doctor. Later generations sorted out and published his clinical medical records. Wang Zhongqi studied and dabbled in a wide range of studies, and took a compromise and formed his own family. In the treatment of time evil syndrome, it is accurate to recognize the syndrome, to distinguish the degree of evil qi, and then to distinguish the location of the disease, and to pay attention to the change of syndrome, so that the disease can be prevented without disease. Clinical syndrome to make good use of Xuan agent, above, middle, lower three coke disease location is different, respectively using light publicity, Xuanhua, Xuantong and other treatments, the use of drugs more fragrant and light infiltration, so that the dampness and heat evil qi from the three coke decomposition. Based on the characteristics of Sanjiao syndrome differentiation, this paper summarizes the experience of Wang Zhongqi in the treatment of evil spirits, which can be used as a reference for colleagues.
