【摘要】：相火學(xué)說是中醫(yī)理論體系重要的組成部分,該理論深邃隱奧,臨床應(yīng)用相對(duì)較少,目前用相火學(xué)說指導(dǎo)治療自身免疫病者,國(guó)內(nèi)外鮮見。自身免疫病病因發(fā)病機(jī)制不明,大多屬于疑難病,是中西醫(yī)面對(duì)的共同難題。董燕平教授通過長(zhǎng)期的臨床實(shí)踐和反復(fù)思索,發(fā)現(xiàn)相火和免疫系統(tǒng)發(fā)生地雷同,相火的生理、病理功能與免疫系統(tǒng)功能相近并創(chuàng)立了"腎元虧虛,相火妄動(dòng)"理論。臨床上,以此為指導(dǎo)進(jìn)行自身免疫病的辨證治療效果明顯。自身免疫病因發(fā)病機(jī)制不明,大多屬于疑難病,是中西醫(yī)面對(duì)的共同難題。
[Abstract]:The theory of phase fire is an important part of the theoretical system of traditional Chinese medicine, which is profound and hidden, and its clinical application is relatively few. At present, it is rare to use phase fire theory to guide the treatment of autoimmune diseases at home and abroad. The etiology and pathogenesis of autoimmune diseases are unknown, and most of them belong to difficult diseases, which is a common problem faced by traditional Chinese and western medicine. Through long-term clinical practice and repeated thinking, Professor Dong Yanping found that phase fire and immune system occurred in the same place, the physiological and pathological functions of phase fire were similar to those of immune system, and the theory of "kidney deficiency and phase fire delusions" was established. Clinically, under the guidance of this, the effect of syndrome differentiation and treatment of autoimmune disease is obvious. The pathogenesis of autoimmune etiology is unknown, and most of them belong to difficult diseases, which is a common problem faced by traditional Chinese and western medicine.
