【摘要】："五行"指導下形成的以"五臟"為中心的五大系統(tǒng)是中醫(yī)學認識人體生理功能、解釋病理變化的基本體系。四川中醫(yī)名家岳仁宋教授將2型糖尿病早期的繁雜火象納入到"五系"之中,即在全面收集火熱征象基礎上,結合"五行"理論及臟腑病變特征,形成了以"五系"為綱的常見火熱證型及治療方藥。針對涉及多系統(tǒng)的復雜病變,他在總結常見證型的辨治規(guī)律基礎上提出了探火源、斷火性以明辨火證,順臟腑、察五行以治火防傳的辨治法要,不僅使繁雜癥狀清晰分明,對于提高臨床治療的準確性更是大有裨益。
[Abstract]:The five systems centered on "five Zang organs" formed under the guidance of "five elements" are the basic system for traditional Chinese medicine to understand the physiological function of human body and explain the pathological changes. Professor Yue Rensong, a famous professor of traditional Chinese medicine in Sichuan, brought into the "five lines" the complicated fire phenomena in the early stage of type 2 diabetes mellitus, that is, on the basis of collecting the signs of fire and heat in an all-round way, combined with the theory of "five elements" and the characteristics of viscera lesions, he formed the common fire-heat syndrome type and treatment prescription based on the "five lines". In view of the complex lesions involving multiple systems, on the basis of summing up the laws of differentiation and treatment of common syndromes, he put forward the method of distinguishing fire from fire, obeying Zang-fu organs and observing fire prevention and treatment, which not only makes the complicated symptoms clear and clear, but also is of great benefit to improve the accuracy of clinical treatment.
