基于針灸腦科學的神經調控技術研究進展

【摘要】:中醫(yī)針灸是中國古代科學的瑰寶,研究證實,針灸通過體表刺激將信息傳輸到人體,在腦內整合處理,進而輸出指令,調控神經-內分泌-免疫系統(tǒng),調節(jié)整體功能,達到改善機體狀態(tài)、治療疾病的目的。目前,神經調控技術風頭正勁。美國國立衛(wèi)生研究院(NIH)2016年開展一項名為"刺激周圍神經治療疾病"的計劃,該計劃類似于電針療法。本文就傳統(tǒng)中醫(yī)學和現代醫(yī)學對針灸與腦相關的研究進行梳理和特征總結,從神經調控角度闡釋針灸的效應機制。理解針刺調節(jié)中樞及外周運行機制,將對針灸神經調控技術的人工智能化研發(fā)具有重大啟迪意義。
[Abstract]:The traditional Chinese medicine acupuncture is the treasure of the ancient science of China, and the research has confirmed that the acupuncture and moxibustion can transmit the information to the human body through the body surface stimulation, the whole treatment of the brain, the output of the instruction, the regulation of the nerve-endocrine-immune system, the regulation of the whole function, the improvement of the body state, The purpose of treating the disease. At present, the neuroregulation technology is in the ascendant. The National Institutes of Health (NIH), the National Institutes of Health (NIH), conducted a program called "Stimulation of peripheral nerve treatment" in 2016, similar to electroacupuncture. In this paper, the study on acupuncture and brain related to traditional Chinese medicine and modern medicine is summarized, and the effect mechanism of acupuncture is explained from the angle of nerve regulation. It is of great significance for the artificial intelligence research and development of the acupuncture and moxibustion nerve control technology to understand the central and peripheral operation mechanism of the acupuncture and moxibustion.
