【摘要】：目的探討腹腔鏡闌尾切除術治療老年急性闌尾炎的療效及影響。方法 134例老年急性闌尾炎患者,其中開腹組51例行開腹闌尾切除術,腹腔鏡組83例行腹腔鏡闌尾切除術。比較兩組手術時間、術中出血量、病理類型、肛門排氣時間、住院時間、生活質量評分以及并發(fā)癥發(fā)生率。結果腹腔鏡組手術時間、術中出血量、病理類型與開腹組比較差異無統計學意義(P0.05)。腹腔鏡組肛門排氣時間、住院時間、生活質量評分、并發(fā)癥發(fā)生率均明顯優(yōu)于開腹組。結論采用腹腔鏡闌尾切除術治療老年急性闌尾炎相比開腹手術有明顯優(yōu)勢,具有很好的臨床應用價值。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the effect of laparoscopic appendectomy on senile acute appendicitis.Methods 134 elderly patients with acute appendicitis were treated with open appendectomy (51 cases) and laparoscopic appendectomy (83 cases).The operative time, intraoperative bleeding volume, pathological type, anal exhaust time, hospitalization time, quality of life score and incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results there was no significant difference in operative time, blood loss and pathological type between laparoscopy group and laparotomy group (P 0.05).The anus exhaust time, hospitalization time, quality of life score and complication rate in laparoscopic group were significantly better than those in laparotomy group.Conclusion Laparoscopic appendectomy is superior to open operation in the treatment of senile acute appendicitis.
