【摘要】：目的設(shè)計可與Biosampler采樣器聯(lián)合使用的虛擬濃縮器,并對其性能進(jìn)行研究。方法根據(jù)需要確定設(shè)計流量,設(shè)計濃縮器主要參數(shù),人工發(fā)生不同粒徑的NaCl-癸二酸二異辛酯(DEHS)粒子,對其濃縮性能進(jìn)行評價,在生物暴露艙內(nèi)發(fā)生一定濃度的白色葡萄球菌,對濃縮器收集生物性粒子的性能進(jìn)行評價。結(jié)果濃縮器的實際切割粒徑為2.16μm,對3μm以上粒子的收集效率可達(dá)90%以上,使用濃縮器的Biosampler采樣器與未使用時相比可采集到更多的白色葡萄球菌,可達(dá)3.2倍。結(jié)論本研究提出的虛擬濃縮器的設(shè)計方法可行,濃縮器的各項指標(biāo)與理論值相接近,可與Biosampler采樣器相聯(lián)合用于低濃度微生物氣溶膠的采集。
[Abstract]:Aim to design a virtual concentrator which can be used in conjunction with Biosampler sampler and to study its performance. Methods according to the need to determine the design flow rate, the main parameters of the concentrator were designed, the (DEHS) particles with different diisooctyl NaCl-Sebacate were artificially produced, and the concentration performance was evaluated, and a certain concentration of Staphylococcus albicans was found in the biological exposure chamber. The performance of the concentrator in collecting biological particles was evaluated. Results the actual cutting diameter of the concentrator was 2.16 渭 m, and the collection efficiency of the above 3 渭 m particles was more than 90%. The Biosampler sampler using the concentrator could collect more staphylococcus albicans (3.2 times) than when the concentrator was not in use. Conclusion the design method of the virtual concentrator proposed in this study is feasible. The indexes of the condenser are close to the theoretical values and can be combined with the Biosampler sampler for the collection of low concentration microbial aerosols.
