利用酸敏感超支化聚縮醛制備聚乳酸多孔微球

【摘要】:通過縮醛轉(zhuǎn)移聚合合成了一種具有酸敏感特性的超支化聚縮醛(HBPAs),對該聚合物降解行為的研究表明,該聚合物具有很強(qiáng)的酸敏感特性,在pH為5.0時(shí),短時(shí)間內(nèi)可發(fā)生迅速的降解,而在pH為7.4時(shí),該聚合物基本不發(fā)生降解.利用該聚合物的酸敏感特性,其在弱酸性條件下降解速率遠(yuǎn)遠(yuǎn)超過PLA的降解速率,制備了多孔PLA微球.進(jìn)一步研究發(fā)現(xiàn),通過調(diào)控超支化聚縮醛(HBPAs)與PLA的投料比,可以線性調(diào)控PLA多孔微球的孔徑尺寸,并擬合得到了線性方程.DSC結(jié)果以及對微球降解過程的觀察表明,在共混微球內(nèi)部,HBPAs與PLA會(huì)發(fā)生一定的相分離,使得在酸降解的過程中,更有利于微球內(nèi)部的HBPAs組分發(fā)生降解.
[Abstract]:An acid-sensitive hyperbranched polyacetal (HBPAs) was synthesized by acetal transfer polymerization. The degradation behavior of the polymer was studied. When pH is 7.4, the polymer does not degrade. The porous PLA microspheres were prepared by using the acid-sensitive properties of the polymer and the degradation rate of the polymer was much higher than that of the PLA under weak acid conditions. It was found that the pore size of porous PLA microspheres could be adjusted linearly by adjusting the feed ratio of hyperbranched polyacetals (HBPAs) to PLA, and the linear equation .DSC results and the degradation process of the microspheres were obtained by fitting the results. The phase separation of HBPAs and PLA in the microspheres will lead to the degradation of HBPAs in the microspheres in the process of acid degradation.
