血流對HIFU腫瘤治療影響的數(shù)值仿真研究

【摘要】:在高強度聚焦超聲治療腫瘤問題的研究中,高強度聚焦超聲(high-intensity focused ultrasound,HIFU)治療大血管周邊的肝腫瘤時,血流對HIFU形成可治療焦域的影響難以預測和實時監(jiān)控,可能導致腫瘤組織殘留或者血管的損傷等臨床治療問題。為了預測大血管對HIFU肝腫瘤治療的影響,以HIFU治療血管周邊腫瘤為例建立三維仿真模型,利用Westervelt聲傳播方程及Pennes生物熱傳導方程,用時域有限差分法數(shù)值仿真HIFU治療形成的溫度場。仿真結果表明,當大血管位于目標治療區(qū)域附近時,血管位置對60℃以上可治療焦域的形狀、大小及位置均有顯著影響,但血流速度的影響很小。而當血管位于目標治療區(qū)域內部時,血流速度對可治療焦域的影響不可忽略。上述研究結果可為HIFU實際臨床治療提供理論數(shù)據(jù)和參考依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:In the study of high intensity focused ultrasound (HIFU) in the treatment of liver tumors around large vessels, the effect of blood flow on the formation of focal areas is difficult to predict and monitor in real time. May lead to tumor tissue residues or vascular injury and other clinical treatment problems. In order to predict the effect of large blood vessels on the treatment of HIFU liver tumors, a three-dimensional simulation model was established by using the Westervelt acoustic propagation equation and Pennes biothermic conduction equation. The temperature field of HIFU was numerically simulated by finite difference time domain (FDTD) method. The simulation results show that when the large blood vessel is located near the target therapeutic area, the position of the vessel has a significant effect on the shape, size and location of the treatable focal region above 60 鈩,
