【摘要】：目的評(píng)估一次性尿液采集器保存的尿液樣本,用于艾滋病病毒(HIV)抗體檢測(cè)的可行性。方法利用尿液酶聯(lián)免疫吸附試驗(yàn),比較了普通樣品管和采集器對(duì)尿液HIV-1抗體檢出的影響;進(jìn)一步檢測(cè)了不同溫度和儲(chǔ)存時(shí)間下,采集器對(duì)尿液HIV-1抗體保存的均一性、穩(wěn)定性以及郵寄前后的影響。結(jié)果與普通樣品管比較,采集器保存的尿液,對(duì)HIV-1抗體檢測(cè)無(wú)明顯影響(P=0.24);在不同溫度下,采集器可穩(wěn)定保存尿液的時(shí)間:采集器尿液在-20℃和4℃保存1年,在常溫保存1個(gè)月,在37℃保存9天。均一性:批間和批內(nèi)變異系數(shù)(CV)均15%(P0.05);郵寄前后尿液HIV-1抗體無(wú)顯著變化,Kappa值為0.957。結(jié)論一次性尿液采集器可用于檢測(cè)HIV-1抗體尿液樣本的采集、貯存與運(yùn)輸。
