【摘要】：目的了解性病門(mén)診男性就診者的高危性行為現(xiàn)狀及其影響因素,為開(kāi)展性病就診者高危人群干預(yù)提供科學(xué)的依據(jù)。方法 2014年6-11月采用橫斷面調(diào)查,方便抽樣的方式,利用問(wèn)卷調(diào)查來(lái)收集數(shù)據(jù),問(wèn)卷內(nèi)容包括病人的一般人口學(xué)特征、艾滋病性病知識(shí)、高危性行為、性病感染狀態(tài)等。結(jié)果此次研究共納入456名性病門(mén)診男性就診者,平均年齡為(34.06±11.40)歲,有31.84%的就診者在與暗娼的最近一次性行為中沒(méi)有使用安全套;53.66%的就診者在最近一次與臨時(shí)性伴性行為時(shí)沒(méi)有使用安全套;HIV的感染率為3.29%,梅毒感染率為3.95%。通過(guò)多因素Logistic回歸發(fā)現(xiàn),年齡較小[比值比(OR)=3.768]、接受過(guò)健康教育(OR=1.790)和梅毒知識(shí)知曉率高(OR=1.725)的就診者,傾向于在性行為過(guò)程中使用安全套。結(jié)論要加強(qiáng)性病門(mén)診男性就診者的性病艾滋病知識(shí)和行為教育,同時(shí)重點(diǎn)加強(qiáng)青少年和單身青年的教育力度,提高對(duì)于性病艾滋病的認(rèn)知,降低高危性行為風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the current situation of high risk sexual behavior and its influencing factors among male STD outpatients in order to provide scientific basis for the intervention of high risk population of STD outpatients. Methods A cross-sectional survey was used to collect data from June to November 2014. The questionnaire included general demographic characteristics of patients, knowledge of AIDS and venereal diseases, high-risk sexual behavior, sexually transmitted diseases (STDs) infection status and so on. Results A total of 456 male STD outpatients were enrolled in the study, with an average age of 34.06 鹵11.40 years. 31.84% of the clients did not use condom in the latest sexual intercourse with CSW. 53.66% of the patients did not use condom during the last sexual intercourse with temporary sex. The infection rate of HIV and syphilis was 3.29 and 3.95 respectively. By multivariate Logistic regression, the patients with younger age (the ratio was 3.768), health education (OR1.790) and syphilis knowledge (1.725) tended to use condoms during sexual behavior. Conclusion it is necessary to strengthen the knowledge and behavior education of STD / AIDS among male outpatients in STD outpatient clinic, at the same time, to strengthen the education of adolescents and single youth, to improve the cognition of STD / AIDS, and to reduce the risk of high risk sexual behavior.
