【摘要】：目的了解2015年云南省青年學生艾滋病知識知曉率以及相關(guān)性行為狀況,為制定干預政策提供依據(jù)。方法采用分層整群隨機抽樣方法 ,對云南省16個州(市)的職高、中專、大專和大學的在校青年學生進行問卷調(diào)查,收集人口學、艾滋病基本知識及相關(guān)性行為資料,采用SPSS 17.0進行分析。結(jié)果共調(diào)查12 958名青年學生,艾滋病基本知識知曉率為83.9%(10 875/12 958),性行為發(fā)生率為13.5%(1 744/12 958)。在有性行為經(jīng)歷的青年學生中,最近一年臨時性行為發(fā)生率為20.0%(349/1 744),有76人曾發(fā)生商業(yè)性行為;最近一年發(fā)生性行為時安全套從未使用達40.0%(106/265),每次都用僅為1.9%(5/265)。男生未使用原因:本人不愿意使用最高25.6%(43/168);女生,對方不愿意使用最高19.5%(16/82)。在全體男生中,最近一年,與男性發(fā)生肛交行為的有43人,其中48.8%(21/43)為商業(yè)性行為,有兩個及以上同性性伴占58.1%(25/43)。結(jié)論各類高校在性健康教育和艾滋病知識宣傳中應注重性別差異,加強男性安全性觀念和安全套使用觀念教育,同時加強對商業(yè)性行為及臨時性行為危害的宣傳,增強青年學生的自我保護意識,疾病預防控制中心在接受青少年男男性行為者自愿咨詢檢測服務時,可加強隨訪管理,開展針對性的干預服務,降低青年學生艾滋病病毒感染率。
[Abstract]:Objective to understand the awareness rate of AIDS knowledge and related behaviors among young students in Yunnan Province in 2015 and to provide evidence for the formulation of intervention policies. Methods A stratified cluster random sampling method was used to investigate the young students in 16 prefectures (cities) of Yunnan province. The data of demography, basic knowledge of AIDS and related behaviors were collected. SPSS 17.0 was used for analysis. Results A total of 12 958 young students were investigated. The awareness rate of basic knowledge of AIDS was 83.9%, and the incidence of sexual activity was 13. 5% / 12 958% and 1 744 / 12 958% respectively. Among the young students who had sex, the incidence of temporary sex in the last year was 20.0 / 17440.There were 76 people who had commercial sex. In the last year, the condom had never been used for 40.06 / 265g, only 1.9 / 265g / 265a time. Boys don't use it: I don't want to use the highest 25. 6% / 16 / 8; girls, the other side doesn't want to use the highest 19. 5% / 82%. Of all boys, 43 had anal sex with men in the last year, of which 48.8 percent were commercial, and two or more same-sex partners accounted for 58.1 percent of 43. Conclusion all kinds of universities should pay attention to gender difference in sexual health education and AIDS knowledge propaganda, strengthen the education of male safety and condom use, at the same time, strengthen the publicity of commercial sex and temporary behavior harm. In order to enhance the self-protection consciousness of young students, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention can strengthen the follow-up management and carry out targeted intervention services when they receive voluntary counseling and testing services for adolescent men who have sex with men. Reduce HIV infection among young students.
