【摘要】：花生過敏在世界范圍內的發(fā)病率較高,目前尚無有效治療方法。本文對花生過敏原檢測、降敏加工方法進行綜述,同時對尚處于研究階段的花生過敏治療方法進行整理,為低致敏花生制品的開發(fā)及脫敏方法的有效建立提供參考。
[Abstract]:The incidence of peanut allergy in the world is high, there is no effective treatment. In this paper, the methods of peanut allergen detection and desensitization processing were reviewed, and the methods of peanut allergy treatment were also reviewed in order to provide a reference for the development of low-sensitized peanut products and the effective establishment of desensitization method.
