【摘要】：在當(dāng)前科技期刊競爭激烈的情況下,在編輯出版活動中注重對作者的人文關(guān)懷是贏得作者信任,建立穩(wěn)定的作者群,提高期刊質(zhì)量的一個重要因素。分析了在當(dāng)前科技期刊中編輯對作者人文關(guān)懷缺失的現(xiàn)狀,然后從作者投稿、稿件的初審和外審、稿件的退修/退稿以及稿件的編輯加工和出版發(fā)行等環(huán)節(jié)論述了編輯對作者人文關(guān)懷的體現(xiàn)。編輯處處體現(xiàn)出對作者的人文關(guān)懷可構(gòu)建和諧的編輯一作者關(guān)系,進而為穩(wěn)定高質(zhì)量、高水平的作者隊伍,促進期刊發(fā)展奠定好的基礎(chǔ)。
[Abstract]:In the current competitive situation of sci-tech periodicals, it is an important factor to win the trust of authors, to establish a stable group of authors and to improve the quality of periodicals by paying attention to the humanistic concern of authors in editing and publishing activities. This paper analyzes the current situation of editors' lack of humanistic concern for authors in current sci-tech journals, and then analyzes the author's contributions, the first and the external reviews of manuscripts. The reversion / rejection of manuscripts, the editing and processing of manuscripts and the publishing and distribution of manuscripts, etc., discuss the embodiment of editors' humanistic concern to the authors. The humanistic concern of editors can build a harmonious relationship between editors and authors, which can lay a good foundation for stabilizing the high quality and high level writers and promoting the development of periodicals.
