【摘要】：抗戰(zhàn)勝利后,重慶談判失敗,國共開始內(nèi)戰(zhàn)。綏遠(yuǎn)地區(qū)雖然長(zhǎng)期作為國民黨勢(shì)力范圍,但該地區(qū)有其特殊性。綏遠(yuǎn)不僅包含著民族、邊疆問題還有國民黨傅作義地方實(shí)力派的因素在其中國。從重慶談判開始中共就將綏遠(yuǎn)將作自己的爭(zhēng)奪對(duì)象,而綏遠(yuǎn)地區(qū)的重要性在這期間也有所改變,中共根據(jù)不同時(shí)期大環(huán)境、自身實(shí)力的情況以及內(nèi)蒙古地區(qū)的實(shí)際情況變化采取不同的策略爭(zhēng)奪綏遠(yuǎn)地區(qū)。其中有和談、戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng)、情報(bào)、游擊等各種策略的實(shí)行。從和談爭(zhēng)取,到戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng)爭(zhēng)奪,綏遠(yuǎn)地區(qū)的最終走向了特殊的解決方式。而新中國第一個(gè)自治區(qū)也由此誕生,這一切都離不開內(nèi)戰(zhàn)期間中共爭(zhēng)奪綏遠(yuǎn)的策略變化與影響,本文通過檔案、報(bào)紙雜志、回憶錄、口述資料等將中共在這期間的策略梳理并且努力找到新觀點(diǎn),為綏遠(yuǎn)地區(qū)的解放提供更合理的答案。
[Abstract]:After the victory of the War of Resistance, negotiations in Chongqing failed and the Kuomintang and the Communist Party began a civil war.Although Suiyuan area has long been regarded as the Kuomintang's sphere of influence, it has its particularity.Suiyuan not only contains the nationality, the frontier problem but also the factor of the Kuomintang Fu Zuoyi local strength school in its China.Since the beginning of the Chongqing negotiations, the CPC has made Suiyuan its own contending object, and the importance of the Suiyuan region has also changed during this period, according to the great circumstances of different periods.The situation of its own strength and the actual situation of Inner Mongolia take different strategies to compete for Suiyuan region.Among them are peace talks, wars, intelligence and guerrilla tactics.From fighting for peace talks to fighting for war, Suiyuan area finally moved towards a special solution.The first autonomous region of New China was born, all of which could not be separated from the strategic changes and influence of the Chinese Communist Party in its struggle for Suiyuan during the civil war. This article is based on archives, newspapers and magazines, and memoirs.Oral materials and so on combed the strategy of the Communist Party of China during this period and tried to find a new point of view to provide a more reasonable answer for the liberation of Suiyuan region.
