【摘要】：自2004年開始,中央一號文件連續(xù)14年聚焦農(nóng)村、農(nóng)業(yè)和農(nóng)民,凸顯出“三農(nóng)”問題在中國“重中之重”的地位。建設(shè)社會主義新農(nóng)村離不開農(nóng)村文化的建設(shè),農(nóng)村文化作為文化的一種重要形態(tài),建構(gòu)起農(nóng)民與農(nóng)民、農(nóng)民與國家的文化鏈接。農(nóng)村文化建設(shè)可以作為提高農(nóng)民思想道德素質(zhì)和農(nóng)民文化素質(zhì)的載體,在農(nóng)民的生產(chǎn)生活過程中發(fā)揮積極能動的影響作用。以文化為載體,把文化作為動態(tài)發(fā)展過程,重視文化“軟實(shí)力”的作用,將提高農(nóng)民思想政治教育的內(nèi)容與開展農(nóng)村文化建設(shè)的內(nèi)容密切聯(lián)系起來。農(nóng)村社會穩(wěn)定和諧關(guān)系到國家的穩(wěn)定,加強(qiáng)農(nóng)村文化建設(shè),在某種程度上來說,就是在維護(hù)農(nóng)村社會和諧穩(wěn)定、構(gòu)建社會主義新農(nóng)村�；�于新疆這一特殊的區(qū)情,“三期疊加”的嚴(yán)峻態(tài)勢,維護(hù)社會穩(wěn)定、民族團(tuán)結(jié)是進(jìn)行各項(xiàng)生產(chǎn)生活建設(shè)的首要任務(wù)。吐魯番地區(qū)歷史文化的厚重感是不言而喻的,但吐魯番地區(qū)是少數(shù)民族聚居區(qū),經(jīng)濟(jì)社會建設(shè)還是相對落后的。在吐魯番地區(qū)開展農(nóng)村文化建設(shè),強(qiáng)化現(xiàn)代文化引領(lǐng)力,增強(qiáng)民族地區(qū)文化聚合力,對吐魯番地區(qū)整體建設(shè)起到關(guān)鍵性作用。以現(xiàn)代文化為引領(lǐng),開展吐魯番地區(qū)農(nóng)村文化建設(shè),統(tǒng)戰(zhàn)、占領(lǐng)農(nóng)村文化教育宣傳陣地,積極打壓“三股勢力”在農(nóng)村生長的空間。本文在以往學(xué)者研究的基礎(chǔ)上,經(jīng)過調(diào)研、訪談,對現(xiàn)代文化引領(lǐng)下吐魯番地區(qū)農(nóng)村文化建設(shè)過程中存在的問題及其原因做了分析,并提出對策建議。本文從四個部分開展論述,第一部分介紹論文研究目的及其意義,國內(nèi)外研究綜述,以及論文研究的具體方法和創(chuàng)新點(diǎn)。第二部分主要是對現(xiàn)代文化引領(lǐng)農(nóng)村文化建設(shè)的相關(guān)概述。包括現(xiàn)代文化引領(lǐng)、農(nóng)村文化建設(shè)的內(nèi)涵,吐魯番地區(qū)農(nóng)村文化建設(shè)的內(nèi)容及特點(diǎn),以及現(xiàn)代文化引領(lǐng)下發(fā)展新疆農(nóng)村文化建設(shè)的必要性。第三部分是對吐魯番地區(qū)農(nóng)村文化建設(shè)的現(xiàn)狀分析,包括吐魯番地區(qū)農(nóng)村文化建設(shè)取得的成就、存在的問題以及產(chǎn)生這些問題的原因做了論述。第四部分主要探討以現(xiàn)代文化為引領(lǐng)加強(qiáng)吐魯番地區(qū)農(nóng)村文化建設(shè)的對策。
[Abstract]:Since 2004, the first document of the Central Committee has focused on rural areas, agriculture and farmers for 14 consecutive years, highlighting the "most important" status of the "three rural" issues in China. The construction of new socialist countryside is inseparable from the construction of rural culture. As an important form of culture, rural culture is a cultural link between farmers and farmers, and between peasants and countries. The construction of rural culture can be used as the carrier to improve the peasants' ideological and moral quality and the peasants' cultural quality, and play a positive and dynamic role in the process of farmers' production and life. Taking culture as the carrier, taking culture as the dynamic development process, and attaching importance to the role of cultural "soft power" will improve the content of peasants' ideological and political education and the content of carrying out the rural cultural construction. Rural social stability and harmony is related to the stability of the country, strengthening the rural cultural construction, to a certain extent, is to maintain rural social harmony and stability, to build a new socialist countryside. Based on the special regional situation of Xinjiang, the austere situation of "three phases superposition", the maintenance of social stability and national unity are the most important tasks in the construction of production and life. The history and culture of Turpan is self-evident, but Turpan is inhabited by ethnic minorities, and its economic and social construction is relatively backward. The construction of rural culture in Turpan area, strengthening the leading force of modern culture, and strengthening the cultural cohesion in minority areas play a key role in the overall construction of Turpan region. Under the guidance of modern culture, the construction of rural culture in Turpan area, the United front, the occupation of the propaganda position of rural culture and education, and the active suppression of the space of "three forces" growing in the countryside are carried out. On the basis of previous scholars' research, through investigation and interview, this paper analyzes the problems and causes in the process of rural cultural construction in Turpan under the guidance of modern culture, and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions. This paper discusses from four parts. The first part introduces the purpose and significance of the paper, the domestic and foreign research review, as well as the specific methods and innovations of the paper. The second part is a summary of modern culture leading rural cultural construction. It includes the modern cultural guidance, the connotation of rural cultural construction, the content and characteristics of rural cultural construction in Turpan area, and the necessity of developing rural cultural construction in Xinjiang under the guidance of modern culture. The third part is the analysis of the present situation of the rural cultural construction in Turpan, including the achievements of the rural cultural construction in Turpan, the existing problems and the reasons for these problems. The fourth part mainly discusses the countermeasures to strengthen the construction of rural culture in Turpan region under the guidance of modern culture.
