【摘要】：傳統(tǒng)文化是中國(guó)歷史文明精髓,非物質(zhì)文化遺產(chǎn)作為傳統(tǒng)文化的重要組成部分,對(duì)我國(guó)歷史文明的進(jìn)步和社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展都有著極為深遠(yuǎn)的影響。但由于社會(huì)的發(fā)展、生產(chǎn)力的變革以及保護(hù)、傳承不當(dāng)?shù)榷喾N原因,導(dǎo)致了非物質(zhì)文化遺產(chǎn)正在迅速的消亡。如何有效的保護(hù)和利用非物質(zhì)文化遺產(chǎn)資源是我們現(xiàn)階段必須深入思考的問題�？v觀國(guó)內(nèi)外產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展形勢(shì),文化創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)是近年來發(fā)展最為迅速的產(chǎn)業(yè)之一。在國(guó)內(nèi),文化創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)作為一門新興的產(chǎn)業(yè),展現(xiàn)了良好的發(fā)展勢(shì)頭。我國(guó)文化資源遺產(chǎn)豐富,為文化創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展提供了充足的文化資本,同時(shí),文化創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)園理論的提出與實(shí)踐,為文化創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展提供了物質(zhì)基礎(chǔ)。天津市有著門類眾多的非物質(zhì)文化遺產(chǎn)項(xiàng)目,政府及民間組織、團(tuán)體都在為非物質(zhì)文化遺產(chǎn)的保護(hù)與傳承工作積極的貢獻(xiàn)力量。但是在新時(shí)代的背景下,傳統(tǒng)的保護(hù)措施已經(jīng)不能符合時(shí)代發(fā)展的要求,非遺的保護(hù)與傳承工作急需推陳出新。本文將以文化創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)及產(chǎn)業(yè)園的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀為落腳點(diǎn),并通過對(duì)天津市非物質(zhì)文化遺產(chǎn)保護(hù)與傳承現(xiàn)狀的分析來尋找未來天津市非物質(zhì)文化遺產(chǎn)項(xiàng)目的保護(hù)與發(fā)展方向,為天津市非遺項(xiàng)目的產(chǎn)業(yè)化發(fā)展提供理論基礎(chǔ)。
[Abstract]:Traditional culture is the essence of Chinese historical civilization. As an important part of traditional culture, intangible cultural heritage has a profound influence on the progress of Chinese historical civilization and the development of social economy. However, due to the development of society, the transformation of productive forces and the protection and improper inheritance, the intangible cultural heritage is rapidly dying out. How to effectively protect and utilize the intangible cultural heritage resources is a problem that we must think deeply at this stage. Looking at the situation of industry development at home and abroad, cultural and creative industry is one of the most rapidly developing industries in recent years. At home, cultural and creative industries as a new industry, showing a good momentum of development. China is rich in cultural resources and heritage, which provides sufficient cultural capital for the development of cultural and creative industries. At the same time, the theory and practice of cultural and creative industrial parks provide the material basis for the development of cultural and creative industries. Tianjin has a wide range of intangible cultural heritage projects, the government, civil organizations and groups are actively contributing to the protection and inheritance of intangible cultural heritage. However, under the background of the new era, the traditional protection measures can not meet the requirements of the development of the times. This article will take the cultural creative industry and the industry park development present situation as the foothold, and through the analysis to Tianjin intangible cultural heritage protection and the inheritance present situation to seek the future Tianjin intangible cultural heritage project protection and the development direction. To provide a theoretical basis for the industrialization of Tianjin non-legacy projects.
