提升農(nóng)村文化軟實(shí)力研究

【摘要】:農(nóng)村文化軟實(shí)力是國(guó)家文化軟實(shí)力的重要組成部分,是國(guó)家文化軟實(shí)力在農(nóng)村的集中體現(xiàn)。農(nóng)村文化軟實(shí)力不僅是衡量農(nóng)村區(qū)域綜合實(shí)力的重要指標(biāo),還是在新農(nóng)村建設(shè)中精神和文化力量。提升農(nóng)村文化軟實(shí)力是國(guó)家文化軟實(shí)力建設(shè)的客觀要求,對(duì)建設(shè)社會(huì)主義文化強(qiáng)國(guó)、實(shí)現(xiàn)中華民族偉大復(fù)興的中國(guó)夢(mèng)具有重要意義。 本文采用文獻(xiàn)分析方法、歸納和演繹方法、理論與實(shí)際相結(jié)合方法和SWOT分析方法,在軟實(shí)力理論的基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)農(nóng)村文化軟實(shí)力內(nèi)涵及構(gòu)成要素進(jìn)行了初步的探索,結(jié)合區(qū)域特色及農(nóng)村文化發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,,深入探討農(nóng)村文化軟實(shí)力建設(shè)存在的優(yōu)勢(shì)和劣勢(shì),以及面臨的機(jī)遇和挑戰(zhàn),通過(guò)對(duì)這些問(wèn)題進(jìn)行分析思考的基礎(chǔ)上,提出切實(shí)可行的提升農(nóng)村文化軟實(shí)力的對(duì)策和舉措。論文內(nèi)容主要包括以下五部分: 第一部分為緒論部分,主要介紹選題的背景與研究意義,通過(guò)文獻(xiàn)綜述介紹國(guó)內(nèi)外有關(guān)農(nóng)村文化軟實(shí)力的研究現(xiàn)狀并對(duì)其進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià),發(fā)現(xiàn)該領(lǐng)域研究的趨勢(shì)與不足。此外,該部分還介紹了選題的研究思路和研究方法、主要觀點(diǎn)和主要內(nèi)容以及研究重點(diǎn)、難點(diǎn)和創(chuàng)新之處。 第二部分主要闡述了農(nóng)村文化軟實(shí)力的內(nèi)涵及其構(gòu)成要素。以社會(huì)主義核心價(jià)值體系為核心的農(nóng)村文化凝聚力、以公益性文化事業(yè)為核心的農(nóng)村文化保障力、以經(jīng)營(yíng)性文化產(chǎn)業(yè)為核心的農(nóng)村文化生產(chǎn)力、以區(qū)域特色文化創(chuàng)新為核心的農(nóng)村文化吸引力和以文化傳播和交流為核心的農(nóng)村文化影響力為農(nóng)村文化軟實(shí)力的五大構(gòu)成要素。 第三部分重點(diǎn)論述了提升農(nóng)村文化軟實(shí)力對(duì)于提高國(guó)家文化軟實(shí)力、建設(shè)社會(huì)主義新農(nóng)村、統(tǒng)籌城鄉(xiāng)文化發(fā)展以及實(shí)現(xiàn)農(nóng)民幸!爸袊(guó)夢(mèng)”等方面的重要性。 第四部分主要運(yùn)用SWOT分析方法對(duì)提升農(nóng)村文化軟實(shí)力所處的內(nèi)部情況和外部環(huán)境進(jìn)行分析。豐富的農(nóng)村文化資源、不斷提高的農(nóng)民文化素質(zhì)、初具其形的農(nóng)村公共文化事業(yè)和文化產(chǎn)業(yè)是提升農(nóng)村文化軟實(shí)力的有利條件,而農(nóng)村文化資源的流失、公共文化基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)的相對(duì)薄弱、文化產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的不成熟和文化人才的大量匱乏則是提升農(nóng)村文化軟實(shí)力的不利因素。隨著社會(huì)的不斷發(fā)展,提升農(nóng)村文化軟實(shí)力既面臨著日益雄厚的經(jīng)濟(jì)基礎(chǔ)、蓬勃發(fā)展的社會(huì)主義新農(nóng)村建設(shè)和日新月異的科技支撐的大好機(jī)遇,也面臨著農(nóng)村文化軟實(shí)力與農(nóng)村硬實(shí)力的不相匹配、農(nóng)村經(jīng)濟(jì)基礎(chǔ)相對(duì)薄弱、城鄉(xiāng)文化軟實(shí)力發(fā)展差距較大的嚴(yán)峻挑戰(zhàn)。 第五部分重點(diǎn)闡述了提升我國(guó)農(nóng)村文化軟實(shí)力的對(duì)策。在認(rèn)真分析提升農(nóng)村文化軟實(shí)力的內(nèi)部條件和外部環(huán)境的基礎(chǔ)上,構(gòu)建了從建設(shè)社會(huì)主義核心價(jià)值體系、加強(qiáng)農(nóng)村公共文化服務(wù)體系、大力發(fā)展農(nóng)村文化產(chǎn)業(yè)、實(shí)施農(nóng)村文化“走出去”工程以及擴(kuò)大農(nóng)村文化人才隊(duì)伍等五個(gè)方面的對(duì)策體系。
[Abstract]:The rural cultural soft power is an important part of the national cultural soft power and the concentrated embodiment of the national cultural soft power in the countryside. The soft power of rural culture is not only an important index to measure the comprehensive strength of rural areas, but also a spiritual and cultural force in the construction of new countryside. To promote the soft power of rural culture is the objective requirement of the construction of national cultural soft power, which is of great significance to the construction of the socialist cultural power and the realization of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation. Based on the theory of soft power, the connotation and elements of soft power in rural culture are preliminarily explored by the methods of literature analysis, induction and deduction, theory and practice and SWOT analysis. Combined with the regional characteristics and the present situation of rural culture development, this paper probes into the advantages and disadvantages of the construction of the soft power of rural culture, as well as the opportunities and challenges that it faces, on the basis of analyzing and pondering these problems, Put forward feasible measures and measures to promote the soft power of rural culture. The main contents of the paper include the following five parts: the first part is the introduction part, mainly introduces the background and research significance of the topic, introduces the domestic and foreign research status of the soft power of rural culture through literature review and evaluates it. Find out the trend and deficiency of the research in this field. In addition, this part also introduces the research ideas and research methods, the main viewpoints and main contents, research emphasis, difficulties and innovations. The second part mainly expounds the connotation of rural cultural soft power and its constituent elements. The rural cultural cohesion with the socialist core value system as the core, the rural cultural guarantee power with the public welfare cultural cause as the core, the rural cultural productivity with the commercial cultural industry as the core, The rural cultural attraction with regional characteristic culture innovation as the core and the rural cultural influence with cultural communication and exchange as the core are the five constituent elements of the rural cultural soft power. The third part focuses on the importance of promoting the soft power of rural culture to improve the national cultural soft power, to build a new socialist countryside, to coordinate the development of urban and rural culture, and to realize the "Chinese Dream" of farmers' happiness. The fourth part mainly uses SWOT analysis method to analyze the internal situation and external environment of promoting the soft power of rural culture. The abundant rural cultural resources, the continuous improvement of farmers' cultural quality, the initial rural public cultural undertakings and cultural industries are the favorable conditions to promote the soft power of rural culture, and the loss of rural cultural resources, The relatively weak construction of public cultural infrastructure, the immature development of cultural industry and the lack of a large number of cultural talents are the unfavorable factors to promote the soft power of rural culture. With the continuous development of the society, the promotion of the soft power of rural culture is faced with an increasingly strong economic foundation, a booming socialist new rural construction and a great opportunity for the rapid development of science and technology. It also faces the severe challenge that the rural cultural soft power does not match with the rural hard power, the rural economic base is relatively weak, and the development gap between urban and rural cultural soft power is large. The fifth part focuses on the countermeasures to enhance the soft power of rural culture in China. On the basis of careful analysis of the internal conditions and external environment of promoting the soft power of rural culture, this paper constructs a socialist core value system, strengthens the rural public cultural service system, and vigorously develops the rural cultural industry. Carrying out the project of "going out" of rural culture and expanding the contingent of cultural talents in rural areas.
