【摘要】：中原經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)是中華民族和華夏文明的核心發(fā)源地，是以鄭汴洛都市區(qū)為核心、中原城市群為支撐、涵蓋河南全省延及周邊地區(qū)的經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)域，地處中國(guó)中心地帶，全國(guó)主體功能區(qū)明確的重點(diǎn)開發(fā)區(qū)域，地理位置重要、區(qū)位交通發(fā)達(dá)、市場(chǎng)潛力巨大、文化底蘊(yùn)深厚，在全國(guó)改革發(fā)展大局中具有重要戰(zhàn)略地位。無(wú)論是經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展方向還是區(qū)域交通布局，中原地區(qū)都起到了“中心樞紐”的作用。中原地區(qū)歷史發(fā)展久遠(yuǎn)，人文文化共融程度高，各種交往活動(dòng)也相當(dāng)頻繁，在中原經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)的建設(shè)中，交往理論作為一種常態(tài)化的理論實(shí)踐形式，反復(fù)的被應(yīng)用在經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)建設(shè)上，各個(gè)地區(qū)的信息傳遞，各個(gè)行業(yè)的信息傳遞都離不開交往理論的理論指導(dǎo)。 中原地區(qū)是一個(gè)多民族的聚居地，這里的民族文化和民族的創(chuàng)造力都非常豐富，優(yōu)良的地理位置和優(yōu)秀的歷史文化使得這一地區(qū)的區(qū)域文化相對(duì)成熟和穩(wěn)定。中原經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)建設(shè)需處理好中原地區(qū)與相鄰地區(qū)及全國(guó)其他地區(qū)的政治交往、經(jīng)濟(jì)交往、文化交往等，特別是要注重文化交往給中原經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)建設(shè)發(fā)展帶來的無(wú)法預(yù)計(jì)的重大意義。中原經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)建設(shè)是在不斷發(fā)展的，它既是生產(chǎn)力的發(fā)展，同時(shí)又是建立在生產(chǎn)力發(fā)展基礎(chǔ)至上的交往關(guān)系的發(fā)展。 中原文化也是中華傳統(tǒng)文化重要的組成部分。在文化交往中要注重傳統(tǒng)的、精髓的文化部分，只有這樣才能鞏固中原經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)文化體系。構(gòu)建中原經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)建設(shè)中文化交往的路徑，同時(shí)提出解決文化交往中存在的問題的對(duì)策。培育中原文化意識(shí)，努力培養(yǎng)文化自覺和文化自信；拓寬中原文化視野，深挖區(qū)域文化優(yōu)勢(shì)，創(chuàng)立區(qū)域文化品牌，創(chuàng)新區(qū)域文化產(chǎn)業(yè)聯(lián)動(dòng)；構(gòu)筑中原文化高地，注重先進(jìn)文化發(fā)展，培育特色高校文化，加大教育事業(yè)投入；加快公民素質(zhì)建設(shè)，健全公共文化服務(wù)體系，培養(yǎng)和引進(jìn)文化高端人才。我們要不斷與時(shí)俱進(jìn)、開拓創(chuàng)新，把握發(fā)展規(guī)律，善用交往理論，，使文化的交往不斷發(fā)展、不斷擴(kuò)大，最終實(shí)現(xiàn)文化大融合，使文化的融合更好的服務(wù)中原經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)的建設(shè)，探索一條經(jīng)濟(jì)與文化共同發(fā)展、互相促進(jìn)的新出路。
[Abstract]:The Central Plains Economic Zone is the core birthplace of the Chinese nation and Chinese civilization, with Zheng Bianluo metropolitan area as the core and the Central Plains urban agglomeration as the support. It covers the economic areas of Henan Province and the surrounding areas, and is located in the heart of China. The main function area of the whole country is a clear and important development area with important geographical location, developed regional transportation, huge market potential and profound cultural background, which plays an important strategic role in the overall situation of national reform and development. Whether economic development direction or regional traffic layout, the Central Plains region has played a "central hub" role. The Central Plains region has a long history of development, a high degree of integration of humanities and culture, and various communication activities are also quite frequent. In the construction of the Central Plains Economic Zone, the theory of communication has been repeatedly applied to the construction of the economic zone as a regular form of theoretical practice. Information transmission in all regions and industries can not be separated from the theoretical guidance of communication theory. The Central Plains region is a multi-ethnic settlement, where the national culture and national creativity are very rich, excellent geographical location and excellent historical culture makes the regional culture of this region relatively mature and stable. The construction of the Central Plains Economic Zone needs to deal with the political, economic and cultural exchanges between the Central Plains and adjacent areas and other areas of the country, especially the unforeseeable significance that cultural exchanges bring to the construction and development of the Central Plains Economic Zone. The construction of Central Plains Economic Zone is developing continuously. It is not only the development of productive forces, but also the development of communication relationship based on the foundation of productive forces. Central Plains culture is also an important part of Chinese traditional culture. The cultural system of the Central Plains Economic Zone should be consolidated only by paying attention to the cultural part of tradition and essence in cultural exchanges. Constructing the path of cultural communication in the construction of Central Plains Economic Zone, and putting forward the countermeasures to solve the problems existing in the cultural communication. Cultivate the cultural consciousness of the Central Plains, strive to cultivate cultural consciousness and cultural self-confidence, broaden the cultural field of vision of the Central Plains, dig deep into the advantages of regional culture, create regional cultural brands, innovate the linkage of regional cultural industries, and construct the cultural highlands of the Central Plains. We should pay attention to the development of advanced culture, cultivate the culture of colleges and universities with special features, increase the investment in education, speed up the construction of citizens' quality, perfect the public cultural service system, and train and introduce high-end talents of culture. We should keep pace with the times, blaze new trails and innovate, grasp the law of development, make good use of the theory of communication, make the communication of culture develop and expand constantly, and finally realize the great integration of culture, so that the integration of culture can better serve the construction of Central Plains Economic Zone. We will explore a new way out for common economic and cultural development and mutual promotion.
