巨菌草和其他有機廢棄物厭氧發(fā)酵產(chǎn)沼氣的研究

沼氣是有機物在一定的溫度、pH和厭氧條件下,經(jīng)過厭氧發(fā)酵而產(chǎn)生的一種的無色可燃性氣體。在經(jīng)過提純和凈化等工序以后其甲烷濃度可高達97%以上,可成為天然氣的完美替代品。巨菌草(Pennisetumgianteumlin)是一種多年生禾本科直立叢生型植物,具有較強的分蘗能力。這是一種適宜在熱帶、亞熱帶、溫帶生長和人工栽培的高產(chǎn)優(yōu)質(zhì)菌草,也是一種優(yōu)質(zhì)的能源作物。本課題目的在于研究巨菌草(Pennisetumgianteumlin)和其他農(nóng)林剩余物如杏鮑菇菌糟、茶樹菇菌糟、銀耳菌糟、甘蔗渣、麥糠等發(fā)酵產(chǎn)沼氣的效果。并深入研究巨菌草沼氣發(fā)酵過程中的成分降解過程,以及發(fā)酵過程中微生物菌群的變化。實驗在中溫37℃恒溫條件下測定不同原料在厭氧發(fā)酵過程中產(chǎn)沼氣的潛力。結(jié)果表明:不同原料的沼氣發(fā)酵潛力差距很大。巨菌草的沼氣發(fā)酵效果明顯優(yōu)于其他原料。發(fā)酵期0~16天甲烷濃度迅速上升,隨后甲烷濃度趨于穩(wěn)定。不同原料發(fā)酵后沼液pH的變化差別很大,15天以后pH趨于穩(wěn)定。日產(chǎn)氣量呈逐漸下降趨勢,巨菌草的日產(chǎn)沼氣量高于其他原料。從積累產(chǎn)氣量上來看,巨菌草、杏鮑菇菇頭、甘蔗渣積累產(chǎn)氣量較高。研究巨菌草與杏鮑菇菌糟的混...
