我一共投了三個期刊，從級別來看，分別是高級一區(qū)中級二區(qū)高級一區(qū)，分別據(jù)稿據(jù)稿錄用。我是按次序投的，不是一稿多投，據(jù)稿以后再投。當(dāng)然，前面的據(jù)稿教訓(xùn)就不說了，我的硬傷在Methodology上，通篇沒有固定的Methodology，沒有傳統(tǒng)的Econometric的模型，也沒有問卷調(diào)查后的統(tǒng)計和計量模型。因為領(lǐng)域小，文獻少，期刊大度而容納百川，所以中了，算是投機取巧了。語言方面，離不開NativeSpeaker的幫忙。

 

    前兩個期刊，三個審稿人，基本是兩個負面審稿信息，一個正面審稿信息。

 

    第三個期刊，又折返回來投個好期刊。如果不中，打算再投排名低很多的期刊。最終歷時6個月，下面是具體的審稿過程：

 

    1、SubmitedtoJournal:Elsevier投稿系統(tǒng)。

 

    2、兩個多月后返回審稿意見。第一個審稿人意見較正面，但Comments多，其中一條難度大，其實還是Methodology問題。第二個審稿人估計審稿都審煩了，意見較負面，審稿結(jié)論不具體，事實上更難以修改。以下是審稿結(jié)果：

    僅僅是Revise，看不出是大修還是小修，問好好多人，不知所以然；不管大修小修，按照大修修改。

    3、我的修改策略：

 

    想盡辦法做調(diào)研或拿數(shù)據(jù)。最后找到了篇文獻，里面做了類似描述，并認為該領(lǐng)域的調(diào)研不太容易。所以我也引用他的觀點，認為不太容易做定量分析。最后，正好有一個該領(lǐng)域會議，現(xiàn)場做了調(diào)研和訪談，并有幸拿到了一些數(shù)據(jù)；后來又自己做了幾次訪談。然后結(jié)合國際上的類似問題，進行了深入分析和比較等等。

 

    兩個半月后，提交修改稿。如果認為是大修，提交修改稿不能太早。我確實做了大修，也只能這個時候提交。

 

    4、大概一個多月，審稿意見返回：

    我醒悟了，原來不管大修還是小修，以上內(nèi)容都是投稿系統(tǒng)的套話。關(guān)鍵還要看審稿人的意見。
