【摘要】:分析了大相對(duì)孔徑、長(zhǎng)焦距折射式光學(xué)系統(tǒng)的像差特點(diǎn),針對(duì)一款口徑300mm,焦距540mm,波段范圍500~850 nm,視場(chǎng)角2°的折射式成像物鏡進(jìn)行了設(shè)計(jì)。首先根據(jù)系統(tǒng)的像差特點(diǎn),針對(duì)二級(jí)光譜,選擇了Petzval型作為初始結(jié)構(gòu),并進(jìn)行了復(fù)雜化,形成大空氣間隔的三組元形式,利于像差的校正和后組元件尺寸的減小;而后針對(duì)使用波段對(duì)玻璃材料的部分色散P和阿貝數(shù)V值進(jìn)行了修正,并繪制了P-V圖,從中選擇了具有一定二級(jí)光譜校正能力并性能優(yōu)良的玻璃材料。最終系統(tǒng)的二級(jí)光譜達(dá)到了0.06 mm,表明具有較好的復(fù)消色差性能。設(shè)計(jì)結(jié)果系統(tǒng)在相機(jī)Nyquist頻率(39 lp/mm)處各視場(chǎng)MTF大于0.8,80%能量集中在直徑為8μm的圓內(nèi),小于一個(gè)象元尺寸,最大畸變小于0.1%,各項(xiàng)指標(biāo)均滿足設(shè)計(jì)要求。
[Abstract]:Analysis of the large relative aperture, the aberration characteristics of long focal length lens system, aiming at a focal length of 540mm, diameter 300mm, the wavelength range of 500~850 nm, a view angle of 2 degrees of refractive lens are designed. According to the aberration characteristics of the system, according to the two spectra, Petzval was selected as the initial structure and type. The complex, three element form large air gap, to reduce the aberration correction and components size; then use band glass materials for partial dispersion P and Abbe number V value was corrected, and the P-V graph, choose from the two level has certain spectral correction capability and the glass material with good performance. The design results of system frequency in Nyquist camera (39 lp/mm) at the field of MTF is greater than 0.8,80% energy concentration In a circle with a diameter of 8 mu m, it is less than one image element size and the maximum distortion is less than 0.1%. All the indexes meet the design requirements.
