【摘要】:目前中國已進(jìn)入“老齡化”社會,老年人的產(chǎn)品設(shè)計成為設(shè)計師應(yīng)當(dāng)給予關(guān)注的一方面。由于文化習(xí)俗的差異,不同地區(qū)的老齡化及老年人的生活狀況呈現(xiàn)出不同的特征。廣東省位于我國南部沿海,在嶺南文化的影響下,廣東人具有鮮明的性格特征和生活習(xí)慣。廣東老年人注重飲食保健,同時喜歡各種形式的外出活動,但因潮濕的天氣容易患有關(guān)節(jié)炎等疾病,增加了行走的困難。因此,通過對廣東老年人的分析研究,為其設(shè)計出一款安全便攜的無障礙助行器具有十分重要的意義。根據(jù)人機(jī)工程學(xué)的研究,目前我國所能查到的人體數(shù)據(jù)主要是以成年人為標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的,老年人的人體數(shù)據(jù)相對缺乏,在設(shè)計中都是直接選用按一定比例縮放后的成年人數(shù)據(jù)來代替的。受地理位置的影響,廣東老年人的人體形態(tài)以及運(yùn)動機(jī)能特征與其他地區(qū)有著較大的差異,這將成為影響設(shè)計的關(guān)鍵因素。為保證老年人產(chǎn)品設(shè)計的宜人性和舒適度,本課題提出一種基于人因特征的設(shè)計方法:通過對廣東老年人人體數(shù)據(jù)的采集進(jìn)行人機(jī)原型設(shè)計,得出設(shè)計骨架;結(jié)合廣東老年人的生理和心理特征進(jìn)行設(shè)計要素分析,得出設(shè)計外形。最后以此為設(shè)計原型進(jìn)行產(chǎn)品設(shè)計,使得設(shè)計合理而有效;谏鲜鲅芯糠椒,本課題以廣東老年人為設(shè)計對象,進(jìn)行了無障礙助行器的設(shè)計研究。主要內(nèi)容包括:(1)基于廣東地域文化特色進(jìn)行廣東老齡化現(xiàn)狀,廣東老年人生活習(xí)慣及養(yǎng)老方式的探究;(2)運(yùn)用人機(jī)工程學(xué)原理和統(tǒng)計學(xué)方法測量廣東老年人的人體數(shù)據(jù),經(jīng)過比較后分析廣東老年人的生理及心理特征;(3)將助行器設(shè)計與無障礙理念相結(jié)合,進(jìn)行無障礙助行器的人機(jī)原型設(shè)計和設(shè)計要素分析,得出設(shè)計骨架及設(shè)計外形;(4)在市場調(diào)研的基礎(chǔ)上進(jìn)行無障礙助行器的整體設(shè)計,采用計算機(jī)仿真技術(shù)進(jìn)行人機(jī)分析和穩(wěn)定性分析,驗證產(chǎn)品設(shè)計的舒適度與可靠性。通過本課題的研究,可將其中的設(shè)計思路與方法推廣到其他同類產(chǎn)品的設(shè)計當(dāng)中,提高產(chǎn)品的人機(jī)舒適度,為用戶帶來更好的體驗。
[Abstract]:At present, China has entered the "aging" society, the product design of the elderly should be paid attention to by designers on the one hand, because of the differences in cultural customs. The aging of different regions and the living conditions of the elderly show different characteristics. Guangdong Province is located in the southern coast of China, under the influence of Lingnan culture. Guangdong people have distinct personality characteristics and living habits. Guangdong elderly people pay attention to food and health care, and like various forms of outside activities, but because of humid weather prone to arthritis and other diseases. Therefore, through the analysis of the elderly in Guangdong, the design of a safe portable barrier-free walking aids is of great significance. According to the ergonomics research. At present, the human body data can be found in our country is mainly based on adults as the standard, the elderly human body data is relatively scarce. In the design are directly selected by a certain proportion of the scale of adult data to replace. Affected by geographical location, the human body shape and motor function characteristics of the elderly in Guangdong are quite different from other regions. This will become a key factor in design. In order to ensure the product design of the elderly people and comfort. In this paper, a design method based on human factor features is proposed: the design skeleton is obtained by the man-machine prototype design of the human body data collection of the elderly in Guangdong; Combining with the physiological and psychological characteristics of the elderly in Guangdong, the design elements are analyzed, and the design shape is obtained. Finally, the product design is designed as a prototype, which makes the design reasonable and effective. Based on the above research methods. This topic takes the Guangdong elderly as the design object, carries on the design research of the barrier-free walking aid. The main content includes: 1) based on the Guangdong regional culture characteristic carries on the Guangdong aging present situation. The research of the old people's living habits and the old-age way in Guangdong; (2) using ergonomics principle and statistical method to measure the human body data of the elderly in Guangdong, and analyze the physiological and psychological characteristics of the elderly in Guangdong after comparison; 3) combining the design of walking aids with the idea of barrier-free, the man-machine prototype design and design elements analysis of the barrier-free walking aids are carried out, and the design skeleton and design shape are obtained. 4) the whole design of the barrier-free walker is carried out on the basis of market research, and the man-machine analysis and stability analysis are carried out by computer simulation technology. Verify the comfort and reliability of product design. Through the research of this topic, we can extend the design ideas and methods to other similar products design, improve the man-machine comfort of the product. Bring users a better experience.
