電力機(jī)車運(yùn)用中變壓器油性能指標(biāo)綜合分析研究

【摘要】:近年來(lái)隨著高速鐵路的快速發(fā)展,電力機(jī)車功率大、過(guò)載能力強(qiáng)、牽引力大、速度快、運(yùn)營(yíng)費(fèi)用低、不污染空氣等優(yōu)點(diǎn)凸顯出來(lái),因而電力機(jī)車運(yùn)行狀況受到了越來(lái)越多的關(guān)注。而其中,機(jī)車牽引變壓器是電力機(jī)車上的重要部件,根據(jù)變壓器的工作狀態(tài)能夠預(yù)測(cè)電力機(jī)車的運(yùn)行狀態(tài),其中很重要的環(huán)節(jié)為變壓器油的檢測(cè)。目前我國(guó)鐵路行業(yè)沒(méi)有自己的變壓器油統(tǒng)一標(biāo)準(zhǔn)以及注意值,本文通過(guò)選取南北方各電力機(jī)車變壓器油的現(xiàn)場(chǎng)試驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù),對(duì)比了南北方變壓器油綜合性能指標(biāo)的變化差異,以及變壓器油自身變化規(guī)律。得到南北方電力機(jī)車變壓器油在綜合性能方面存在一定的差異性,這一差異性與環(huán)境條件有很大相關(guān)性。而不同地域的變壓器油自身變化規(guī)律大致相同。利用SPSS軟件對(duì)變壓器油現(xiàn)場(chǎng)試驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)做ROC曲線分析,結(jié)合實(shí)際檢測(cè)情況,確定了電力機(jī)車變壓器油綜合性能指標(biāo)的注意值,對(duì)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)檢測(cè)有一定的指導(dǎo)作用。隨著高速鐵路的不斷發(fā)展,鐵路行業(yè)迫切需要制定符合高速鐵路特點(diǎn)的變壓器油酸值測(cè)定方法。目前國(guó)內(nèi)采用NB/SH/T0836-2010、GB264-83方法測(cè)定變壓器油的酸值,另有GB/T7304-2014方法測(cè)定石油產(chǎn)品的酸值。本文通過(guò)非參數(shù)檢驗(yàn)和相關(guān)性分析,對(duì)比了幾種方法,并通過(guò)非參數(shù)檢驗(yàn)和回歸分析方式,確定了三種方法的換算關(guān)系。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the rapid development of high-speed railway, the advantages of electric locomotives such as high power, strong overload capacity, large traction force, high speed, low operating cost, no pollution of air, etc. As a result, more and more attention has been paid to the running condition of electric locomotives. Among them, locomotive traction transformer is an important part of electric locomotive. According to the working state of transformer, the running state of electric locomotive can be predicted, and the detection of transformer oil is one of the most important links. At present, China's railway industry does not have its own unified standard and attention value for transformer oil. By selecting the field test data of transformer oil for electric locomotives in the south and north, the variation of the comprehensive performance index of transformer oil in the south and north is compared. And transformer oil itself change law. It is found that there is a certain difference in the comprehensive performance of transformer oil in the north and south of the electric locomotive, which is related to the environmental conditions. The variation of transformer oil in different regions is roughly the same. The ROC curve of transformer oil field test data is analyzed by SPSS software, and the attention value of comprehensive performance index of transformer oil of electric locomotive is determined according to the actual test situation, which has a certain guiding function for field detection. With the development of high-speed railway, it is urgent for the railway industry to establish the method of measuring the acid value of transformer oil in accordance with the characteristics of high-speed railway. At present, NB/SH/T0836-2010,GB264-83 method is used to determine acid value of transformer oil and GB/T7304-2014 method is used to determine acid value of petroleum products. In this paper, several methods are compared by non-parametric test and correlation analysis, and the conversion relations of the three methods are determined by non-parametric test and regression analysis.
