鐵對酸化效果的影響探討及控制鐵酸液配方研究

【摘要】:針對高溫碳酸巖儲層酸化后返排液中鐵離子含量較高的問題,建立了鐵對酸化效果影響模擬評價方法,探索了鐵離子對酸化效果的影響關系,注入鐵離子質(zhì)量濃度為1 500~5 000mg/L的酸液后,巖心滲透率降至初始滲透率的60%~67%。根據(jù)多基團橋接鐵離子成為穩(wěn)定物質(zhì)的機理,研發(fā)了控制鐵沉淀酸液體系,150℃、ρ(Fe)為5 000 mg/L時,酸反應至殘酸(pH值3)后穩(wěn)定鐵4 650mg/L,殘酸對巖心的傷害20%。
[Abstract]:In order to solve the problem of high iron ion content in acidified solution after acidification of carbonate reservoir at high temperature, a method of simulating and evaluating the effect of iron on acidizing effect was established, and the relationship between iron ion and acidizing effect was explored.
