生物柴油攪拌裝置的設計

【摘要】:生物柴油制備器械很多,但制備過程中油料預混合及配套加熱器械卻很少。為了進一步完善現(xiàn)今這一領域的不足,設計了一種適用于生物柴油的油料攪拌裝置。為此,闡述了該裝置的主要結構、工作原理和主要技術參數(shù),并以200r/min的轉速為標準,運用gambit進行圖形繪制和網(wǎng)格劃分,采用fluent軟件對該機內部流場進行仿真分析,驗證了其轉速的合理性。基于STC89C51單片機和DS18B20的溫度傳感技術,設計了一種溫度控制裝置,可在生物柴油制備過程中使油料更好地進行預混合和加熱,從而提高了生物柴油的制備效率和質量,減少了操作時間。
[Abstract]:There are a lot of biodiesel preparation instruments, but oil pre-mixing and matching heating equipment are few in the preparation process. In order to further improve the shortcomings of this field, a fuel mixing device suitable for biodiesel was designed. For this reason, the main structure, working principle and main technical parameters of the device are expounded. With the speed of 200r/min as the standard, the graphics drawing and mesh division are carried out by using gambit, and the internal flow field is simulated and analyzed by fluent software. The rationality of the rotational speed is verified. Based on the temperature sensing technology of STC89C51 single chip computer and DS18B20, a temperature control device is designed, which can premix and heat the oil better during the preparation of biodiesel, thus improving the preparation efficiency and quality of biodiesel. Reduced operation time.
