【摘要】：為了解決J油田注水井壓力高所導致的注水井欠注問題,優(yōu)選出了以復配型表面活性劑S005為主劑、黏土穩(wěn)定劑HY-01為助劑,組成為1×10~3~2×10~3mg/L S005+2×10~4mg/L HY-01的活化水體系,研究了該活化水體系的地層水配伍性、耐沖刷性能、抗鹽性能、耐溫性能和熱穩(wěn)定性能。結果表明,該活化水體系與原油間的界面張力能達到超低數(shù)量級,對膨潤土的防膨率大于90%,具有一定的降壓增注效果。該活化水體系具有良好的耐沖刷性能、抗鹽性能和耐溫性能。經過沖刷4次后,活化水體系防膨率保持在85%左右,防膨率保留率在95%以上。隨著NaCl濃度增加,活化水體系油水界面張力呈數(shù)量級下降,活化水體系對膨潤土防膨率保持基本不變。隨著溫度(55~82℃)升高,活化水體系對膨潤土的防膨率增加,在82℃下老化30 d后對膨潤土防膨率超過90%。
[Abstract]:In order to solve the problem of underinjection caused by high pressure in water injection wells in J Oilfield, the activated water system with compound surfactant S005 as main agent and clay stabilizer HY-01 as auxiliary, composed of 1 脳 10 ~ (3) N _ (32) 10~3mg/L S _ (0052) 脳 10~4mg/L HY-01, was selected. The compatibility, scour resistance, salt resistance, temperature resistance and thermal stability of the activated water system were studied. The activated water system has good scour resistance, salt resistance and temperature resistance.
