延遲焦化裝置加熱爐改造項目質(zhì)量控制研究

【摘要】:質(zhì)量問題是目前化工項目(流程工業(yè))的一大問題。由于化工裝置的在高溫、高壓環(huán)境下運(yùn)行和介質(zhì)易燃易爆的特點(diǎn),使得裝置建設(shè)和改造過程中,質(zhì)量保證顯得突出重要。 本文以延遲焦化裝置加熱爐改造項目建設(shè)為藍(lán)本,運(yùn)用先進(jìn)的質(zhì)量管理理論及分析方法,圍繞在安全、平穩(wěn)、低成本的前提下實(shí)現(xiàn)煉化裝置質(zhì)量管理與控制目標(biāo),對質(zhì)量管理、工程項目質(zhì)量管理等相關(guān)理論進(jìn)行了學(xué)習(xí)與研究,并在此基礎(chǔ)上進(jìn)行了大膽探索與實(shí)踐:一是根據(jù)項目質(zhì)量管理一般理論,以及煉化裝置的獨(dú)有特質(zhì),對煉化裝置建設(shè)項目質(zhì)量管理的特殊性進(jìn)行了總結(jié)分析,并系統(tǒng)闡述了煉化裝置建設(shè)項目質(zhì)量控制的特點(diǎn)、質(zhì)量管控內(nèi)容、建設(shè)項目各階段質(zhì)量管理應(yīng)采取的方法措施。二是對影響延遲焦化裝置加熱爐更換項目質(zhì)量的重要要素進(jìn)行分析,并以分析結(jié)果作為質(zhì)量控制計劃是否有效的理論依據(jù),引入三全、三階段的質(zhì)量管理理論,吉林石化公司質(zhì)量管理體系,提出了延遲焦化加熱爐換熱器更換建設(shè)項目質(zhì)量控制的方案,對項目和各道工序、各個獨(dú)立單元按PDCA的管理方法進(jìn)行了閉環(huán)管理,同時,還實(shí)施了優(yōu)秀工程項目評選的激勵機(jī)制,提出了施工現(xiàn)場文明施工對煉化裝置建設(shè)項目質(zhì)量的積極作用,在煉化裝置建設(shè)項目質(zhì)量管理領(lǐng)域?qū)崿F(xiàn)了新的探索與嘗試。 論文研究并提出的延遲焦化裝置加熱爐改造項目的質(zhì)量控制方法,實(shí)現(xiàn)了先進(jìn)管理理論與生產(chǎn)實(shí)踐的有機(jī)結(jié)合,收到了良好的成效,為項目建設(shè)的質(zhì)量控制提供了有力的保證。
[Abstract]:Quality problem is a big problem of chemical project (process industry) at present. Due to the characteristics of chemical plant running under high temperature and high pressure and flammable and explosive medium, the quality assurance is very important in the process of plant construction and transformation. Based on the reconstruction project of delayed coking plant heating furnace, this paper uses advanced quality management theory and analysis method to realize the quality management and control goal of refinery plant under the premise of safety, stability and low cost. On the basis of the study and research of engineering project quality management and other related theories, this paper makes bold exploration and practice: first, according to the general theory of project quality management and the unique characteristics of refinery plant, This paper summarizes and analyzes the particularity of quality management of refinery plant construction project, and systematically expounds the characteristics, contents of quality control and the methods and measures to be adopted in each stage of construction project quality control. The second is to analyze the important factors that affect the quality of the furnace replacement project of delayed coking plant, and to introduce the three-stage and three-stage quality management theory based on the analysis results as the theoretical basis of whether the quality control plan is effective or not. In the quality management system of Jilin Petrochemical Company, the quality control scheme of the delayed coking furnace heat exchanger replacement project is put forward. The closed loop management of the project and each working procedure is carried out according to the management method of PDCA, and at the same time, In addition, the incentive mechanism of excellent engineering project selection is implemented, and the positive effect of construction site civilization on the quality of refinery plant construction project is put forward, and a new exploration and attempt are realized in the field of project quality management of refinery plant construction project. The quality control method of the furnace reconstruction project of delayed coking plant is studied and put forward in this paper, which realizes the organic combination of advanced management theory and production practice, and achieves good results, which provides a strong guarantee for the quality control of the project construction.
