新型少齒差行星減速器箱體結(jié)構(gòu)有限元分析

【摘要】:介紹了肖南平先生提出并獲得發(fā)明專(zhuān)利的一種新型少齒差行星減速器的結(jié)構(gòu)組成,利用ANSYS Workbench軟件建立此減速器箱體的有限元模型。對(duì)箱體各實(shí)際受載情況進(jìn)行靜力學(xué)分析,得出箱體所受最大應(yīng)力和變形量的變化曲線,為箱體結(jié)構(gòu)后續(xù)結(jié)構(gòu)改進(jìn)和輕量化設(shè)計(jì)提供相關(guān)分析數(shù)據(jù)。對(duì)箱體進(jìn)行有限元模態(tài)分析,得到箱體固有頻率及相應(yīng)振型,將其與減速器的轉(zhuǎn)頻和嚙合頻率進(jìn)行對(duì)比分析,可確定減速器是否會(huì)發(fā)生共振現(xiàn)象。對(duì)相應(yīng)振型的分析為減速器結(jié)構(gòu)的優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)及振動(dòng)問(wèn)題提供理論依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:This paper introduces the structure and composition of a new type of planetary reducer with less tooth difference, which is put forward by Mr. Xiao Nanping and obtained the patent of invention. The finite element model of the reducer box is established by using ANSYS Workbench software. Based on the static analysis of the actual loading conditions of the box, the variation curves of the maximum stress and deformation of the box are obtained, which provide the relevant analysis data for the subsequent structural improvement and lightweight design of the box structure. The finite element modal analysis of the box body is carried out, and the natural frequency and the corresponding vibration mode of the box body are obtained. By comparing it with the rotating frequency and meshing frequency of the reducer, it can be determined whether resonance will occur in the reducer. The analysis of the corresponding vibration modes provides a theoretical basis for the optimum design of the reducer structure and the vibration problem.
