水力振蕩器關(guān)鍵力學參數(shù)變化規(guī)律的研究

【摘要】:為了解決水平井、大位移井等復雜井鉆進過程中出現(xiàn)的大摩阻、鉆壓拖拽等問題,設計了一種新型水力振蕩器。根據(jù)水力振蕩器的內(nèi)部結(jié)構(gòu)和工作特性,結(jié)合流體力學原理,對水力振蕩器過流面積、壓降、總軸向力關(guān)鍵力學參數(shù)的變化規(guī)律進行理論分析。選取某一規(guī)格水力振蕩器的不同靜閥孔徑進行算例分析,結(jié)果表明在水力振蕩器輸入流量和入口壓力一定時,靜閥孔徑大小與過流面積呈正比,與壓降、總的軸向力呈反比;此外,通過改變流量至25L/s,進一步分析水力振蕩器關(guān)鍵參數(shù)的變化規(guī)律。研究結(jié)論可為水力振蕩器軸向振動分析提供理論支撐,為實現(xiàn)水力振蕩器減摩降阻的功能提供技術(shù)指導。
[Abstract]:A new type of hydraulic oscillator is designed to solve the problems of large friction and drag of drilling pressure in complex wells such as horizontal wells and extended reach wells. According to the internal structure and working characteristics of the hydraulic oscillator and the principle of hydrodynamics, the variation law of the key mechanical parameters of the hydraulic oscillator such as the overcurrent area, the pressure drop and the total axial force is analyzed theoretically. The results show that when the input flow rate and inlet pressure of the hydraulic oscillator are constant, the diameter of the static valve is proportional to the overflowing area, inversely proportional to the pressure drop, and the total axial force is inversely proportional to the pressure drop. In addition, by changing the flow rate to 25 L / s, the variation of key parameters of the hydraulic oscillator is further analyzed. The conclusion can provide theoretical support for the analysis of the axial vibration of the hydraulic oscillator and provide technical guidance for the realization of the function of reducing friction and resistance of the hydraulic oscillator.
