長(zhǎng)輸站場(chǎng)泵組優(yōu)化及操作指導(dǎo)系統(tǒng)

【摘要】:在油氣長(zhǎng)輸管道的生產(chǎn)和運(yùn)行中,任何位置的紕漏都可能會(huì)導(dǎo)致泄油事故,對(duì)環(huán)境、人員和財(cái)物造成重大損失。整合管道施工信息數(shù)據(jù),對(duì)站場(chǎng)操作流程進(jìn)行風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)價(jià),采用計(jì)算機(jī)技術(shù)自動(dòng)避開(kāi)有缺陷的管線,尋求經(jīng)濟(jì)高效的油品輸送路徑,實(shí)時(shí)監(jiān)控管道運(yùn)行情況,是預(yù)防管道生產(chǎn)事故發(fā)生的有效途徑。論文采集并規(guī)范化長(zhǎng)輸管道焊材檢測(cè)信息數(shù)據(jù),建立包括管材檢驗(yàn)、現(xiàn)場(chǎng)口檢驗(yàn)、工藝評(píng)定、性能檢驗(yàn)等信息的數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)。利用面向?qū)ο蠹夹g(shù),開(kāi)發(fā)基于C/S結(jié)構(gòu)模式的焊材檢驗(yàn)管理信息平臺(tái),使之具備信息審核、查詢、維護(hù)、顯示、輸出等功能。在此基礎(chǔ)上,論文實(shí)現(xiàn)的站場(chǎng)操作指導(dǎo)系統(tǒng)是在分析站場(chǎng)工藝流程圖的基礎(chǔ)上,明確設(shè)備定義為節(jié)點(diǎn)。首次將風(fēng)險(xiǎn)因素引入輸油站優(yōu)化流程的數(shù)學(xué)模型。通過(guò)有向圖描述站場(chǎng)結(jié)構(gòu),利用Hopfield神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)計(jì)算有向子圖,給出對(duì)應(yīng)的能量函數(shù)及求解方法。并將求得的最優(yōu)泵組合應(yīng)用于輸油站調(diào)度任務(wù)中,提高站場(chǎng)運(yùn)行可靠性和效率。利用Delphi開(kāi)發(fā)具有動(dòng)態(tài)展示功能的輸油站場(chǎng)操作指導(dǎo)系統(tǒng),該系統(tǒng)可在讀取IP21實(shí)時(shí)生產(chǎn)數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)的基礎(chǔ)上,實(shí)現(xiàn)工況操作仿真及現(xiàn)場(chǎng)動(dòng)態(tài)模擬等方面的研究,系統(tǒng)已成功地應(yīng)用于某國(guó)內(nèi)大型輸油站。實(shí)際運(yùn)行表明,所開(kāi)發(fā)施工數(shù)據(jù)采集信息平臺(tái)及站場(chǎng)操作指導(dǎo)系統(tǒng),可行、有效,規(guī)范企業(yè)施工及辦公流程,減輕現(xiàn)場(chǎng)勞動(dòng)強(qiáng)度,提高生產(chǎn)效率,保證了運(yùn)行安全。
[Abstract]:In the production and operation of long distance oil and gas pipelines, any fault in any position may lead to oil leakage accidents, causing great losses to the environment, personnel and property. Integrating the pipeline construction information data, evaluating the operation flow of the station yard, using computer technology to avoid the defective pipeline automatically, seeking the economical and efficient oil product transportation path, monitoring the pipeline operation in real time. It is an effective way to prevent pipeline accidents. The paper collects and normalizes the information data of welding material inspection for long distance pipeline, and establishes a database including pipe inspection, field mouth inspection, process evaluation, performance inspection and so on. Based on C / S structure, a welding material inspection and management information platform is developed by using object-oriented technology, which has the functions of information audit, query, maintenance, display, output and so on. On this basis, the system of station yard operation guidance is defined as node on the basis of analyzing the process flow chart of station yard. For the first time, risk factors are introduced into the mathematical model of optimization process of oil transportation station. The structure of station yard is described by directed graph, and the directed subgraph is calculated by using Hopfield neural network, and the corresponding energy function and solution method are given. The optimal pump combination is applied to the dispatching task of the oil transmission station to improve the reliability and efficiency of the station. The operation guidance system of oil transportation station with dynamic display function is developed by using Delphi. On the basis of reading IP21 real-time production database, the system can realize the research of operating mode simulation and field dynamic simulation, etc. The system has been successfully applied to a large oil transportation station in China. The actual operation shows that the construction data acquisition information platform and the station operation guidance system developed are feasible and effective, standardize the construction and office flow of the enterprise, reduce the labor intensity on the spot, improve the production efficiency, and ensure the operation safety.
