大型全包容式LNG儲罐冷卻投用技術(shù)

【摘要】:大型全包容式LNG儲罐是目前國內(nèi)LNG接收站廣泛采用的一種罐型,此類儲罐為內(nèi)外兩層,內(nèi)罐采用Ni9鋼,外罐采用鋼筋混凝土,中間填充保冷材料,其投用技術(shù)比較復(fù)雜,而儲罐冷卻技術(shù)是其投用調(diào)試過程中風(fēng)險最大、最難控制的一個環(huán)節(jié)。結(jié)合大連LNG接收站3#儲罐冷卻的整個流程,對大型全包容式LNG儲罐進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的描述,并結(jié)合數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行分析討論?偨Y(jié)了大型LNG儲罐的冷卻投用經(jīng)驗(yàn),為進(jìn)一步完善優(yōu)化LNG儲罐冷卻投用技術(shù)給出了指導(dǎo)性建議。
[Abstract]:Large all-inclusive LNG storage tank is widely used in domestic LNG receiving station at present. This kind of tank is of both inner and outer layers. The inner tank is made of Ni9 steel, the outer tank is reinforced concrete, and the cold insulation material is filled in the middle. The tank cooling technology is one of the most risky and difficult to control during commissioning. Combined with the cooling process of Dalian LNG receiving station, the large all-inclusive LNG storage tank is described in detail, and the data are analyzed and discussed. The experience of cooling operation of large LNG storage tank is summarized, and some guiding suggestions are given for further improvement and optimization of cooling operation technology of LNG storage tank.
