基于煤層氣的新型壓裂用有機硼交聯(lián)劑BX-Y

【摘要】:采用硼酸鹽和有機配體D-果糖制備了新型有機硼交聯(lián)劑BX-Y,并將BX-Y與羥丙基胍膠進行交聯(lián)反應(yīng)配制了BX-Y交聯(lián)壓裂液?疾炝薆X-Y的合成條件對其交聯(lián)性能的影響,并利用高溫濾失儀對BX-Y交聯(lián)壓裂液的室內(nèi)性能進行了評價。實驗結(jié)果表明,合成BX-Y適宜的條件為:m(硼酸鹽)∶m(配體)=1∶2,硼酸鹽用量13%(w)(用量均基于反應(yīng)體系質(zhì)量),催化劑用量2%(w),反應(yīng)時間6 h,反應(yīng)溫度80℃。BX-Y交聯(lián)壓裂液體系的靜態(tài)濾失量小,耐剪切性能較好,形成的壓裂液凍膠在60℃、170 s~(-1)下剪切60 min,體系表觀黏度大于200 m Pa·s,破膠徹底,破膠液黏度低,滿足現(xiàn)場應(yīng)用需求。采用D-果糖制備的BX-Y交聯(lián)壓裂液的滲透率恢復(fù)值達85%以上,傷害低,具有較好的儲層保護效果。
[Abstract]:A new organic boron crosslinking agent BX-Y, was prepared by borate and organic ligand D- fructose. BX-Y crosslinking fracturing fluid was prepared by crosslinking BX-Y with hydroxypropyl guanidine gum. The effects of synthetic conditions of BX-Y on its crosslinking properties were investigated, and the laboratory properties of BX-Y crosslinked fracturing fluids were evaluated by high temperature filtration apparatus.
