國(guó)內(nèi)外油氣管道腐蝕與防護(hù)的研究進(jìn)展

【摘要】:國(guó)內(nèi)外的石油行業(yè)發(fā)展中,普遍存在著油氣管鋼材易被腐蝕而發(fā)生事故的現(xiàn)象。對(duì)此,綜述了影響油氣管鋼材腐蝕的5種因素,即CO2含量、H2S含量、含砂量、有機(jī)酸、溫度,在其他條件保持不變的情況下,增加這5種因素中的任何1種,都會(huì)加速鋼材的腐蝕。同時(shí),還綜述了國(guó)內(nèi)外針對(duì)油氣管材防腐蝕的多種方法,如:在碳鋼中加入Cr、V等合金元素,涂覆、浸鍍耐腐蝕涂層,使用緩蝕劑,這3種方法均能有效改善石油管材被腐蝕的現(xiàn)象。
[Abstract]:In the development of petroleum industry at home and abroad, oil and gas pipe steels are prone to corrosion and accidents. In this paper, five factors affecting the corrosion of oil and gas pipe steel are summarized, that is, CO2 content, H 2S content, sand content, organic acid, temperature, and any one of these five factors is increased when other conditions remain unchanged. Will accelerate the corrosion of steel. At the same time, many methods for preventing corrosion of oil and gas pipes at home and abroad, such as adding Cr,V and other alloy elements into carbon steel, coating, dipping corrosion resistant coating, using corrosion inhibitor, are also reviewed. These three methods can effectively improve the corrosion of petroleum pipes.
