水平井分段壓裂產(chǎn)量評價技術(shù)研究

【摘要】:水平井分段壓裂是有效開發(fā)低滲透儲層的關(guān)鍵工程技術(shù)。壓裂后的產(chǎn)量評價對于預(yù)測水平井分段壓裂效果、指導(dǎo)水平井分段壓裂工藝參數(shù)設(shè)計具有重要意義。但現(xiàn)有水平井分段壓裂產(chǎn)量預(yù)測模型未重點考慮天然裂縫的影響,且很少考慮封閉邊界氣藏中水平井壓后不同階段的滲流特征。在充分調(diào)研國內(nèi)外有關(guān)水平井分段壓裂產(chǎn)量預(yù)測文獻的基礎(chǔ)上,本文以裂縫性氣藏為研究對象,開展了考慮天然裂縫影響的復(fù)雜人工裂縫形態(tài)的水平井分段壓裂產(chǎn)量預(yù)測研究,主要完成了以下工作: (1)分析了水平井分段壓裂后不穩(wěn)定滲流早期、不穩(wěn)定滲流晚期和擬穩(wěn)定滲流時期三個階段的滲流特征。 (2)分析了水平井壓后人工裂縫形態(tài)和縫間干擾對滲流的影響,提出了裂縫性氣藏壓裂裂縫間相互干擾的判別標準。 (3)基于雙重介質(zhì)氣藏滲流理論、復(fù)位勢理論以及壓降疊加原理,分別建立了考慮天然裂縫影響的分段壓裂水平氣井在不穩(wěn)定滲流早期、不穩(wěn)定滲流晚期和擬穩(wěn)定滲流時期的產(chǎn)量預(yù)測數(shù)學(xué)模型,給出了模型的解析解。 (4)編制了分段壓裂水平氣井產(chǎn)量模擬計算程序,以蘇里格氣田某井為例進行了水平井壓裂產(chǎn)量的實例驗證。 (5)計算分析了氣藏厚度、井底流壓、基質(zhì)系統(tǒng)孔隙度和天然裂縫系統(tǒng)滲透率等地層參數(shù),以及人工裂縫條數(shù)、人工裂縫長度、人工裂縫寬度、人工裂縫滲透率、人工裂縫間距和人工裂縫方位角等人工裂縫參數(shù)對水平井分段壓裂產(chǎn)量的影響。 本文針對裂縫性氣藏水平井分段壓裂產(chǎn)量預(yù)測展開了較為全面深入的研究,并在考慮天然裂縫影響的復(fù)雜人工裂縫形態(tài)的產(chǎn)量預(yù)測模型方面具有一定創(chuàng)新,對于水平井壓后動態(tài)分析和壓裂參數(shù)設(shè)計具有重要意義。
[Abstract]:Horizontal well fracturing is a key engineering technique for developing low permeability reservoir effectively. The evaluation of production after fracturing is of great significance for predicting the fracturing effect in horizontal wells and guiding the design of fracturing parameters in horizontal wells. However, the existing prediction models of horizontal well fracturing production do not focus on the influence of natural fractures, and seldom consider the seepage characteristics of different stages of horizontal wells in closed boundary gas reservoirs. Based on the investigation of domestic and foreign literatures on the prediction of fracturing production in horizontal wells, this paper takes the fractured gas reservoir as the research object, and carries out a study on the prediction of fracturing production in horizontal wells with complex artificial fracture patterns considering the influence of natural fractures. The main works are as follows: (1) the unstable percolation early after horizontal well fracturing is analyzed. The percolation characteristics of the late stage of unstable seepage and the period of quasi-stable seepage. (2) the influence of artificial fracture morphology and interfracture interference on seepage flow after horizontal well pressure is analyzed. The criterion of mutual interference between fracturing fractures in fractured gas reservoirs is put forward. (3) based on the theory of percolation of dual medium gas reservoirs, the theory of reset potential and the principle of pressure drop superposition, Mathematical models for predicting the production of horizontal gas wells with subsection fracturing considering the influence of natural fractures at the early stage of unstable seepage, the late stage of unstable seepage and the period of quasi-stable seepage are established, respectively. The analytical solution of the model is given. (4) A program for simulating the production of horizontal gas wells by fracturing is developed, and an example of fracturing production in a well in Sulige gas field is given. (5) the thickness of gas reservoir is calculated and analyzed. Formation parameters such as bottom hole flow pressure, matrix system porosity and natural fracture system permeability, as well as artificial fracture number, artificial fracture length, artificial fracture width, artificial fracture permeability, The effect of artificial fracture parameters such as artificial fracture spacing and artificial fracture azimuth on fracturing production in horizontal wells. In this paper, the prediction of fracturing production in horizontal wells of fractured gas reservoirs is studied comprehensively and deeply, and the production prediction model of complex artificial fracture patterns considering the influence of natural fractures is innovated to a certain extent. It is of great significance for the performance analysis and fracturing parameter design of horizontal wells.
