LNG薄膜型液艙圍護(hù)系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)與分析研究

【摘要】:因傳統(tǒng)能源造成的環(huán)境污染問題越來越顯著,清潔能源天然氣的開發(fā)成為世界各國能源戰(zhàn)略重點(diǎn)。由于更多的天然氣能源分布于深遠(yuǎn)海及散布的小型氣田,這促使新型浮式液化天然氣裝置(Floating Liquid Natural Gas, FLNG)開發(fā)形式成為研究的重點(diǎn)。而低溫儲液艙是浮式液化天然氣裝置上儲存液化天然氣的重要組成裝備。但由于艙容不斷地向大型化容積發(fā)展且裝載率沒有限制,使得低溫儲液艙的設(shè)計(jì)與制造困難重重。其中在晃蕩沖擊荷載和超低溫環(huán)境共同作用下圍護(hù)系統(tǒng)結(jié)構(gòu)的安全性是最關(guān)鍵的力學(xué)問題。為此本文基于模型試驗(yàn)和有限元方法研究分析圍護(hù)系統(tǒng)結(jié)構(gòu)力學(xué)性能及保溫性能。在部分裝載的情況下,對液艙圍護(hù)系統(tǒng)結(jié)構(gòu)安全造成嚴(yán)重威脅的關(guān)鍵因素之一是晃蕩沖擊荷載。大比尺室內(nèi)晃蕩模型試驗(yàn)?zāi)鼙容^真實(shí)地反映液艙內(nèi)液體晃蕩現(xiàn)象,是研究分析晃蕩沖擊荷載最廣泛的方法和手段。本文利用先進(jìn)的晃蕩模型試驗(yàn)研究方法,分析晃蕩沖擊荷載的基本特點(diǎn)。采用合理有效的極值統(tǒng)計(jì)方法,統(tǒng)計(jì)分析并設(shè)計(jì)用于結(jié)構(gòu)分析的晃蕩沖擊荷載。在此基礎(chǔ)上,建立圍護(hù)系統(tǒng)截面單元有限元模型,對圍護(hù)系統(tǒng)結(jié)構(gòu)承受晃蕩沖擊荷載作用下的動(dòng)力響應(yīng)進(jìn)行分析,找到圍護(hù)系統(tǒng)結(jié)構(gòu)的關(guān)鍵失效位置,并展開晃蕩沖擊荷載大小和形式以及結(jié)構(gòu)尺寸參數(shù)對關(guān)鍵失效位置的響應(yīng)影響分析。同時(shí),通過建立液艙結(jié)構(gòu)模型對其進(jìn)行了熱傳導(dǎo)穩(wěn)態(tài)分析,獲得了液艙段在不同邊界條件下的溫度場分布情況,計(jì)算了液艙內(nèi)的日蒸發(fā)率和結(jié)構(gòu)的低溫?zé)釕?yīng)力,分析校核了圍護(hù)系統(tǒng)結(jié)構(gòu)的保溫絕熱性能。本文研究內(nèi)容可以為薄膜型液艙圍護(hù)系統(tǒng)的性能評估及設(shè)計(jì)提供一定的參考和分析基礎(chǔ)。
[Abstract]:Because of the environmental pollution caused by traditional energy, the development of clean energy natural gas has become the focus of energy strategy all over the world. Because more natural gas energy is distributed in the deep sea and scattered small gas fields, the development of new floating liquefied natural gas plant (Liquid Natural Gas, FLNG) becomes the focus of the research. The cryogenic tank is an important equipment for storing liquefied natural gas on floating liquefied natural gas (LNG) plant. However, the design and manufacture of cryogenic storage tanks are difficult because of the continuous development of tank capacity to large volume and the unlimited loading rate. The safety of the enclosure structure under the joint action of sloshing impact load and ultra-low temperature environment is the most critical mechanical problem. Therefore, based on the model test and finite element method, the mechanical properties and thermal insulation properties of the retaining system are analyzed. In the case of partial loading, the sloshing impact load is one of the key factors that pose a serious threat to the structural safety of the tank enclosure system. The large scale indoor sloshing model test can reflect the liquid sloshing phenomenon in the tank. It is the most extensive method and means to study and analyze the sloshing impact load. In this paper, the basic characteristics of sloshing impact load are analyzed by using advanced sloshing model test method. A reasonable and effective extreme value statistical method is used to analyze and design the sloshing impact load for structural analysis. On this basis, the finite element model of the section element of the enclosure system is established, and the dynamic response of the supporting system structure under the load of sloshing impact is analyzed, and the key failure position of the structure is found. The effects of the size and form of the sloshing impact load and the structural dimension parameters on the critical failure position are analyzed. At the same time, the heat conduction steady-state analysis of the tank structure model is carried out, the temperature field distribution of the tank section under different boundary conditions is obtained, the daily evaporation rate in the tank and the low temperature thermal stress of the structure are calculated. The insulation and adiabatic performance of the envelope structure is analyzed and checked. The research in this paper can provide a reference and analysis basis for the performance evaluation and design of the membrane tank envelope system.
