氯化鈉在乙二醇溶液中結(jié)晶動(dòng)力學(xué)的研究

【摘要】:目前,越來(lái)越多的乙乙二醇再生脫鹽系統(tǒng)被應(yīng)用于深水氣田開(kāi)發(fā)的依托平臺(tái)上,其中尤為關(guān)鍵的脫鹽單元主要是將富乙二醇溶液中的固態(tài)鹽顆粒及液態(tài)鹽從乙二醇再生脫鹽系統(tǒng)中去除,以減輕設(shè)備、管線的腐蝕。鹽在乙二醇溶液中的結(jié)晶速率將直接影響脫鹽系統(tǒng)的脫鹽效率,同時(shí)所結(jié)晶出的鹽顆粒的粒度大小也將影響分離設(shè)備的選擇與參數(shù)的設(shè)定,為了提高脫鹽系統(tǒng)的脫鹽效率以及為設(shè)備選型提供理論依據(jù),有必要對(duì)鹽在乙二醇中的結(jié)晶行為進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)的研究。本文以鈉鹽在乙二醇溶液中結(jié)晶的角度研究鈉鹽在乙二醇中的熱力學(xué)性質(zhì)、動(dòng)力學(xué)性質(zhì)以及不同因素對(duì)鈉鹽結(jié)晶動(dòng)力學(xué)和粒度分布的影響規(guī)律,為脫鹽工藝及設(shè)備的選擇和參數(shù)的優(yōu)化提供數(shù)據(jù)支撐和理論依據(jù),對(duì)實(shí)現(xiàn)乙二醇再生脫鹽系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)國(guó)產(chǎn)化具有重要的意義。本文針對(duì)鈉鹽在乙二醇中的結(jié)晶過(guò)程,開(kāi)展了以下幾方面的研究: (1)采用靜態(tài)法測(cè)定了不同溫度下氯化鈉在乙二醇中的溶解度,采用Ori西n軟件對(duì)實(shí)驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行擬合,得到了溶解度經(jīng)驗(yàn)方程。 (2)采用激光法測(cè)定了氯化鈉在乙二醇中的超溶解度,繼而得到了介穩(wěn)區(qū),并探討了溫度對(duì)介穩(wěn)區(qū)寬度的影響。結(jié)果表明:在實(shí)驗(yàn)條件下,氯化鈉在乙二醇溶液中的極限過(guò)飽和度較。坏陀393.15K的介穩(wěn)區(qū)寬度較寬且穩(wěn)定,高于393.15K的介穩(wěn)區(qū)寬度將隨溫度的升高而逐漸變窄。 (3)測(cè)定了氯化鈉在乙二醇溶液中的誘導(dǎo)期,探討了不同過(guò)飽和度對(duì)誘導(dǎo)期的影響。結(jié)果表明:過(guò)飽和度越高,誘導(dǎo)期越小。 (4)采用間歇?jiǎng)討B(tài)法研究了氯化鈉在乙二醇溶液中的結(jié)晶動(dòng)力學(xué),回歸得到了氯化鈉在乙二醇中的成核速率方程和生長(zhǎng)速率方程,并在此基礎(chǔ)上討論了過(guò)飽和度、溫度等因素對(duì)氯化鈉結(jié)晶動(dòng)力學(xué)的影響。結(jié)果表明:溫度升高,生長(zhǎng)速率與成核速率都會(huì)增大,且成核更容易發(fā)生;增大過(guò)飽和度,生長(zhǎng)速率與成核速率都會(huì)變大;增大懸浮密度,成核速率也會(huì)隨之變大。 (5)通過(guò)室內(nèi)實(shí)驗(yàn)研究了溫度、真空度等因素對(duì)氯化鈉晶體粒度分布的影響規(guī)律。結(jié)果表明:在同等條件下,溫度越高,晶體的粒度分布越分散,平均粒度越。徽婵斩仍礁,晶體的粒度分布越分散,平均粒度越;固液比過(guò)高或過(guò)低都會(huì)導(dǎo)致晶體的平均粒度變小;停留時(shí)間過(guò)長(zhǎng)或過(guò)短都將導(dǎo)致晶體的平均粒度變小。
[Abstract]:At present, more and more ethyleneglycol regenerative desalination systems have been applied on the platform of deep water gas field development. The most important desalting unit is the removal of solid salt particles and liquid salt from ethylene glycol regeneration desalination system in order to reduce the corrosion of equipments and pipelines. The crystallization rate of salt in ethylene glycol solution will directly affect the desalination efficiency of the desalination system, and the size of the salt particles will also affect the selection of separation equipment and the setting of parameters. In order to improve the desalting efficiency of desalting system and provide theoretical basis for equipment selection, it is necessary to systematically study the crystallization behavior of salt in ethylene glycol. In this paper, the thermodynamic properties, kinetic properties of sodium salts in ethylene glycol and the influence of different factors on the crystallization kinetics and particle size distribution of sodium salts in ethylene glycol solution were studied. It provides data support and theoretical basis for the selection of desalting process and equipment and the optimization of parameters. It is of great significance for the design of ethylene glycol regeneration desalting system. In this paper, the crystallization process of sodium salt in ethylene glycol has been studied in the following aspects: 1) the solubility of sodium chloride in ethylene glycol at different temperatures was determined by static method. The experimental data were fitted by Ori software and the empirical equation of solubility was obtained. (2) the supersolubility of sodium chloride in ethylene glycol was determined by laser method, and the metastable region was obtained, and the influence of temperature on the width of metastable zone was discussed. The results show that the limit supersaturation of sodium chloride in ethylene glycol solution is small under the experimental conditions, the width of the metastable zone below 393.15K is wider and stable, and the width of the metastable zone above 393.15K will become narrower with the increase of temperature. The induction period of sodium chloride in ethylene glycol solution was determined and the influence of supersaturation on induction period was discussed. The results showed that the higher the supersaturation, the smaller the induction period. The crystallization kinetics of sodium chloride in ethylene glycol solution was studied by intermittent dynamic method. The nucleation rate equation and growth rate equation of sodium chloride in ethylene glycol were obtained by regression, and the supersaturation was discussed. Effects of temperature and other factors on crystallization kinetics of sodium chloride. The results show that the growth rate and nucleation rate will increase with the increase of temperature, and the nucleation rate will increase with the increase of supersaturation, the growth rate and nucleation rate will increase with the increase of the supersaturation, and the nucleation rate will also increase with the increase of the suspension density. The effects of temperature, vacuum and other factors on the particle size distribution of sodium chloride crystal were studied by laboratory experiments. The results show that under the same conditions, the higher the temperature, the more dispersed the particle size distribution and the smaller the average particle size, the higher the vacuum degree, the more dispersed the particle size distribution and the smaller the average grain size. Too high or too low solid-liquid ratio will lead to the average particle size of the crystal become smaller, and if the residence time is too long or too short, the average particle size of the crystal will become smaller.
