【摘要】:隨著油田開發(fā)時(shí)間增長(zhǎng),地層能量不斷被消耗,導(dǎo)致地層壓力不斷下降,為了彌補(bǔ)地下虧空,保持地層壓力,控制產(chǎn)量遞減,提高最終采收率,必須對(duì)油田進(jìn)行注水開發(fā)。油田注水以污水回注為主,水中的部分雜質(zhì)、細(xì)菌會(huì)附著在地面注水管線、井下管柱上,對(duì)注入水造成二次污染,使注水井吸水能力下降,因此,定期對(duì)注水井進(jìn)行洗井是減少污染的重要措施。而常規(guī)洗井作業(yè)耗費(fèi)大量水資源,同時(shí)產(chǎn)生大量污水,環(huán)保壓力大;洗井前需要泄壓,造成地層壓力下降,放壓控制不當(dāng)還會(huì)對(duì)管柱、套管地層造成傷害。因此,尋找一種更節(jié)能、環(huán)保和安全的洗井技術(shù)成為了很重要的課題。本課題研究以節(jié)能減排為重點(diǎn),結(jié)合儲(chǔ)層保護(hù)技術(shù),分析評(píng)價(jià)國內(nèi)外注水井洗井技術(shù)狀況,開展現(xiàn)場(chǎng)調(diào)研,結(jié)合油田注水現(xiàn)狀篩選出適合油田的自循環(huán)不泄壓洗井技術(shù)。2014年在油田成功推廣應(yīng)用,最大洗井壓力和排量分別達(dá)到35MPa和30m~3/h,洗井返出液懸浮物含量≤10mg/L,達(dá)到洗井效果要求,減少大量洗井用水和廢液排放,取得了較好經(jīng)濟(jì)和社會(huì)效益。
[Abstract]:With the development time of oil field increasing, the formation energy is constantly consumed, which leads to the continuous decrease of formation pressure. In order to make up for the underground deficit, maintain formation pressure, control the decline of production, and improve the final recovery, the oilfield must be developed by water injection. Water injection in oil fields is dominated by wastewater reinjection, and some impurities in the water, bacteria will attach to the surface water injection pipeline and downhole pipe string, which will cause secondary pollution to the injected water and reduce the water absorption capacity of the injection well. Washing water injection wells regularly is an important measure to reduce pollution. The conventional well washing operation consumes a lot of water resources and produces a large amount of sewage at the same time, the pressure of environmental protection is large; before washing wells, the pressure needs to be released, resulting in the decrease of formation pressure, and improper pressure release control will also cause damage to the tubing and casing formation. Therefore, looking for a more energy-saving, environmental-friendly and safe well-washing technology has become a very important issue. This research focuses on energy saving and emission reduction, combined with reservoir protection technology, analyzes and evaluates the status of water injection well washing technology at home and abroad, and carries out field investigation. Combined with the present situation of oilfield water injection, the self-circulation non-pressure washing technology is selected and applied successfully in oil field in 2014.
