大型浮頂罐密封圈油氣泄漏擴(kuò)散分析

【摘要】:統(tǒng)計(jì)分析國內(nèi)外71起儲(chǔ)罐火災(zāi)案例,表明密封圈火災(zāi)是浮頂罐火災(zāi)最主要的火災(zāi)形式。從點(diǎn)火源分析,雷電是密封圈火災(zāi)的主要點(diǎn)火源。以某輸油站為例,通過FLACS軟件模擬兩種場景下的密封圈油氣泄漏狀態(tài),模擬結(jié)果顯示防火堤是油氣泄漏中的危險(xiǎn)部位,油氣會(huì)在防火堤處積聚,且風(fēng)速越大,油氣積聚的速度越快。建議在防火堤處安裝可燃?xì)怏w監(jiān)測裝置。
[Abstract]:According to the statistical analysis of 71 cases of tank fire at home and abroad, the sealing ring fire is the main fire form of floating roof tank fire. From the analysis of ignition source, lightning is the main ignition source of sealing ring fire. Taking a certain oil transportation station as an example, the oil and gas leakage state of the sealing ring under two scenarios is simulated by FLACS software. The simulation results show that the fire breakwater is a dangerous part of the oil and gas leakage, and the oil and gas will accumulate at the fire protection embankment, and the greater the wind speed, the greater the wind speed. The faster oil and gas accumulate. It is recommended that flammable gas monitoring devices be installed at the embankment.
