玉米淀粉殘?jiān)杏椭膩喤R界流體提取與制備生物柴油的研究

【摘要】:研究通過亞臨界流體提取技術(shù)提取玉米淀粉殘?jiān)械挠椭?再將提取出的油脂經(jīng)過預(yù)酯化過程、醇解過程,制備生物柴油。結(jié)果表明,在玉米淀粉殘?jiān)椭膩喤R界流體提取過程中,適宜條件為提取溫度40℃、每次提取時(shí)間40 min、料液比1∶2、提取次數(shù)3次,在該條件下油脂得率為46.68%;預(yù)酯化過程的適宜條件:在真空條件下,反應(yīng)溫度190℃,甘油添加量為理論添加量的175%,催化劑用量為油脂質(zhì)量的2%,反應(yīng)時(shí)間3 h;經(jīng)預(yù)酯化處理后進(jìn)一步醇解得到生物柴油,醇解反應(yīng)的脂肪酸甲酯產(chǎn)率為95.21%。
